Objectives
To understand professionalism and its impact on leading changes
To develop vision for midwifery profession
To formulate strategies for future directions in midwifery
To enhance skills in mediation and conflict management
To enhance writing and presentation skills
To broaden vision in professional development
Course Design The course is delivered through lectures and interactive case discussion with
45 teaching hours (for the whole course).
Target Participants
Midwives or nurses, who are caring pregnant women and infants in both
out-patient and in-patient setting.
Entry Requirement Applicants should possess a BSc degree or relevant diploma. Language English
