2.0 Absolutely observe the instructions from the operation manual.

3.0 Function of Safe Load Indicator (SLI), limit switches, etc. shall be checked prior to using the

    crane.

4.0 Rated loads at rated radii shall not be exceeded, i.e. when picking up the load, any changes in

9.0 The safe load indicator shall be set in compliance with the DS-code no. stated on the duty

charts. The max. required reeving is programmed in the SLI. Should it be chosen to reduce thereeving, the SLI shall be set accordingly.

10.0 Wind speeds - dynamic wind pressures

also see instructions in the operating manual and supplements for increased permissible wind speeds

For the wind speeds of 9.8 m/s (dynamic wind pressure 60 N/m) taken into account in the duty charts,

the wind area of the load is taken as 1.2 m/t.

Correspondingly higher or lower wind speeds (dynamic wind pressures) are part of other wind areas

of the loads; however, the following maximum permissible wind speeds and dynamic wind pressures

    must not be exceeded:

11.0 Driving with load and without load

    General:

    Driving without load:

In case of driving without load the boom angles have to be set according to the parking

    regulations.

    Driving with load:

The crane can be driven with a load in any boom combination.

When driving with load, the capacity charts apply.

Loads should always be driven at the minimum possible radius and near to the ground.

When driving with a load, speed range 1 must always be selected. Changes in the direction of

travel should be made as slowly as possible.

The load must always be prevented from swinging to and fro (it should be lashed if necessary). The ground must be even and capable of bearing weight (see soil pressure values).

Driving with a load is permissible up to a max. wind speed of 9.8 m/s.

Lower wind speed values on the corresponding capacity charts must be observed.

    13.0 Notes on Runner

There are no capacity charts for Runner. The capacities on the Runner are directly calculated. Runner

is possible on all configurations except all configurations with LF !

With the following formula, the capacity on Runner can be calculated approximately.

    t25mm0,5UFLCAPCAP WUH = RUN

CAPH = capacity ref. chart with load on boom head next to runner

UFL = weight of hook block on boom head next to runner

m WU = mass of jib suspension rods (if lying on main boom)

m RUN = mass of Runner (excluding the hook block on Runner) about 750kg
