I. Company Overview

CB & Associates Incorporated is a National Women Owned Recruiting Firm. Founded in 1999, our client base ranges from Fortune 500 companies to regional and local clients. Industries include: retail , automotive, aerospace, , manufacturing, distribution, industrial supply , medical device and non-profit. CB & Associates is a certified CA Small Business Corporation.

Located in the South Bay of Los Angeles California, CB & Associates has a commitment to client satisfaction and to building long term partnerships. Our goal is to partner with Crane Energy Flow Solutions to provide customized staffing solutions which will contribute significantly to your organization. Our understanding of your business culture is a critical component of our success.

We have built our business through strong client and candidate relationships and referrals. Over the past ten years we have grown 90% of our business through client referrals! We are selective in who we partner with both on the client and the candidate side. It is important we have a mutual understanding of professional ethics and integrity in our business relationships.

II. Hours Of Operation

Hours of operation are 8am-6pm PST Monday –Friday. After hours and Saturday and Sunday hours available per request.

III. Dedicated Team

Cindy Belicka, Executive Recruiter and FounderMs. Belicka earned her BS degree from the University of Connecticut, Storrs Connecticut. She has worked in the staffing industry for the past 23 years, holding such positions as Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Vice President at leading staffing companies. For the last 12 years, she has served on the board of directors for PIHRA (Professionals in Human Resources Association/ division of SHRM). Prior to founding CB & Associates in 1999 she was Vice President of Sales, Accustaff Inc., scope of responsibilities in staffing, sales and marketing for the Southern California and Arizona Regions. Previously Cindy served as a Director of Sales for Olsten Staffing Services covering Southern California, Seattle Markets.

Robert Wilcox, Executive Recruiter, PartnerMr. Wilcox graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a BA degree. He has spent the majority of his career in sales and marketing and has extensive experience in the staffing arena. Before joining CB & Associates in 2000, Robert was an Associate Partner/Director of Sales and Marketing for an internet company based in Los Angeles, CA. He has also held the following positions: HR Manager at Funbets Inc, City Director at ClubMom Inc., Sales Representative at Metrocall.

Katie Geibel, Executive RecruiterMs. Geibel received her BS degree from California State University at Long Beach and her HR Management Certification from University of Phoenix. She is a Certified Facilitator for Developmental Dimensions International. Katie brings over 24 years of Human Resource Management experience to our organization. Before joining CB & Associates she was the HR Recruiter/ Generalist with DENSO Sales of California (a global sales and distribution company of diverse automotive product lines.) Katie spent 12 years as the HR Manager for Industrial Dynamics (a global manufacturer of automated inspection equipment)

Lisa McMann, Executive Recruiter Ms. McMann has over 15 years experience in the in the search and placement fields. She attended Chapman University in Orange CA. Ms. McMann has worked as a Sr. Recruiting Manager for Silicon South, Inc. and as a Recruiter Specialist for ‘The Job Dr.’ a recruiting firm specializing in Engineering & IT Solutions.

• Payment of search fees is “contingent” on the hiring of a sourced candidate

• Payment is based on a percentage of the candidate’s base salary

• Benefit to you : only pay when the candidate is hired!

• Allows you to hire an employee for a specified length of time or specific project• The contractor is the employee of our contracting division• Benefit to you: We act as the employer of record freeing your liability from :

Managed Payroll Services

• You have identified an employee you would like to have work for you however you are not ready to add the employee to your headcount.

• Benefit to you: We will act as the “employer of record” covering all employer-related obligations include:

Payroll Taxes – FICA, SDI, State and Federal Employee Hourly Wage Workers’ Compensation Unemployment Taxes Administrative payroll costs of processing checks Liability Insurance & Bonding Errors and Omissions insurance coverage All administrative costs in maintaining status of employer All general communications to employees Client liaison costs with being a supply vendor Employment Eligibility Verification according to IRCA Maintenance of required employment records (payroll, personnel, etc.) Required Government Reporting Unemployment Claims and/or related and applicable claims against the Employer
