ABOUT USFounded in 1997 by Mr. Renxian Cao, a former university professor, SUNGROW POWER SUPPLY CO., LTD has grown into a reputable renewable energy enterprise after a decade of development. In July 2007, we successfully introduced foreign investment and received a domestic capital injection of RMB 60 million, transforming SUNGROW into an international joint venture enterprise. Our major products include a thorough and growing series of grid-connected residential and commercial PV and wind system inverters as well as a line of renewable energy power supplies.

PV Grid-Connected Inverters

Grid-Connected PV system consists of PV modules, gr id-connected inverters, meter ing device and

power distr ibution system (as shown on the diagram). The solar energy is converted into DC current

by PV modules and then feeding into the local power gr id network by the gr id-connected inverters

which synchronizing the frequency, phase and pure sine waveform with the power network. The

synchronized power is partial ly used for local load demands while the rest power is fed- in the power

network.

With the battery-free design, the power generated from wind turbine is directly converted and

fed into the power gr id. The system cost of a wind system is only one-quarter of a PV system at

the same rating. In compared with the Megawatt wind systems, small wind power system has the

advantages of less initial investment, easier instal lation and more feasible applications and etc.

We, therefore, consider small wind system has better prospects for different applications. Small

wind system consists of small wind turbine, rectif ier, discharging load, gr id-connected inverters

and accessor ies.

Sungrow is proudly to provide our high quality WG ser ies gr id-connected inverters ranging

from 1.5kW to 100kW to our Customers. Small wind turbines varying from 600W to 100kW can be

matched with our inverters at different power ratings and voltages.

Sungrow’s WEL ser ies electronic load control lers are the perfect partners of our inverters with

power rating ranging from 2kW to 100kW. The WEL electronic load control ler consists of rectif iers,

continuously adjustable electronic load and different modules for protective functions by

individual DSP control. Not only providing ful l protections of the gr idconnected inverters and wind

turbine, also optimizing the eff iciency of the whole system.

WEL-2K

Features:Converting the 3 phase output current from the wind generator into DC and then connecting to inverters.

If the generated output power exceeds preset value, the internal control signal wi l l tr igger the continuously

adjustable discharge load (max. 2kW) to dissipate the excessive power. Therefore, the whole system is under

protection without stopping the generator.

In case of emergency or maintenance required, the wind generator can be switched off by the provided

mannually breaker which short-circuit the 3 outgoing cables to stop it to protect the whole system.

a DC combining device in between the PV modules and inverters for the sake

of minimizing the cable distance between them, facilitating maintenance and

improving reliability. With many years of PV grid-connected system design

experience, our PVS PV array combiner box series is specially-designed for

meeting the need of high performance and high reliability of PV systems. In

combining with our Sun Access inverters, Sungrow PVS provides a turnkey

solution for PV power plant systems. By using PV array combiner box, according

to the input voltage of the inverter, Clients can connect a fixed number of

similar PV modules to form a PV array. Then, different strings of pv array can

be converged into the PV array string box. After that, together with lightning

arresters and circuit breakers, it is connecting to the inverter to reduce the system

installation time and increase the system safety.
