- Carrot Halwa Recipe
- Ingredients Red Carrots: 1 kg Full Cream Milk: 2 liters Sugar: 1 cup
- Peel and grate the carrots
- Boil the milk and add grated carrots
- Let it boil on low heat
- Keep stirring and let it reduce
- When it is thick, stir it continuously
- Add the sugar
- Stir till its almost solid
- Garnish Carrot Halwa with dry fruits and serve
