  • Carrot Halwa Recipe
  • Ingredients Red Carrots: 1 kg Full Cream Milk: 2 liters Sugar: 1 cup
  • Peel and grate the carrots
  • Boil the milk and add grated carrots
  • Let it boil on low heat
  • Keep stirring and let it reduce
  • When it is thick, stir it continuously
  • Add the sugar
  • Stir till its almost solid
  • Garnish Carrot Halwa with dry fruits and serve
