  • As AIM Members June Poswiata (Royal Emerald Director) and Janet Breitkreutz (Director) know from lots of first-hand experience, organizing an event to promote Nutrition that works takes a lot of time and effort. There are many factors that determine the degree of success: location, time, date, season, local events, etc. It goes without saying that the more planning you do in advance, the more likely youll be satisfied with the results. Even though there are no guarantees, even the smallest turnout can result in new AIM Members and the opportunity to improve their quality of life.

On Wednesday, September 9, 2015, June Poswiata welcomed fifteen attendees to her Nutrition Seminar, Lifelong Health with the Fuel for Living Well, in Bracebridge, Ontario, where her guest speaker was Chairmans Club Director Dr. John Shewfelt, a well-known Chiropractor in Barrie. The intimate group absorbed his teachings and walked away with a treasure of information that they could use to improve their health with AIM natural nutrition. As a result, June signed up several new Members as well as having a number of attendees book appointments for consultations at her Weight Loss Nutrition Center. Success!

Later in the month in Alberta, over fifty people arrived at the Sherwood Park & District Chamber of Commerce on Friday, September 25, to be welcomed by MC Janet Breitkreutz and her guest speaker, Rose Bird, Chartered Herbalist and AIM Canada General Manager. Along with Roses insightful presentations, heart-felt testimonials were heard from several attendees as well as Janet, who communicated the incredibly positive difference AIM has made in her familys health and finances. Although the Living Life Better with AIM event was supposed to finish at 9:30 in the evening, attendees had so many interesting questions that the seminar finished around 10:30a fine example of people being thoroughly engaged. Several attendees signed up as new Members. Success!

June and Janet received support from the AIM Canada office in organizing and advertising their events as well as being provided with product prizes and AIM literature. Both of their events featured prize draws and all attendees received AIM information packages.

When you are planning events for 2016, be sure to call AIM Canada for the official Member Meeting Guidelines for holding events and qualifying for support. Things have changed, and you dont want to miss out on assistance from AIM Canada.

Its so easy to let your guard down and overindulge on calories over the festive season. December encompasses Mawlid, Hanukkah, Christmas and New Years Eve to name a few festivities that offer opportunities to eat or drink too much.

An easy way to fill up without loading up on calorie-heavy carbohydrates is to mix yourself a delicious, nutritious smoothie with a festive look that will satisfy your stomach for hours before more gastric rumblings begin. Be creative in your recipes for the ultimate filler-upper but avoid ingredients that increase your caloric intake.

The following recipe keeps this in mind and provides a tasty start to your own smoothie designs:

Festive SmoothieIngredients cup (4 oz.) 100% cranberry juice from concentrate

(preferably organic) cup (4 oz.) water scoop of AIM ProPeas (pea protein with 0 grams of sugar) 1 teaspoon of AIM Herbal FiberblendDirections1 Using an AIM Blender Bottle or similar mixing device,

pour in the cranberry juice and water, and then add the ProPeas and Herbal Fiberblend.

2 Shake/Mix vigorously until thoroughly blended.

3 Pour into festive glass.4 Sip and savour.

  • AIM Director Bonnie Cooke (right) knows a thing or two about horses, having trained them from the age of eighteen. These days, she stays behind the scenes in a unique and positive way.

As a massage therapist, Bonnie has successfully used AIM products such as the Mag-nificence line on her clientele. A number of those people include marathon runners like AIM Member Denise Renman, whose performance improved through the use of products like AIM Peak Endurance. Having members of her extended family active in the field of chariot and chuck wagon racing, Bonnie decided to take AIM products beyond the human experience.

I got involved with a family experiment, Bonnie explained. My niece, Amy Pikor, has been chariot racing for fifteen years. And Kelsey Hardstaff, who calls me auntie, is a chuck wagon racer. I figured that since their horses are runners just like human marathoners, why not feed them Peak Endurance and other natural AIM nutrition.

As of July 2015, Amy began giving her horses their feed mixed with one scoop of Peak Endurance, BarleyLife, Just Carrots, and RediBeets on evenings before a race and on actual racing days. Horses are easily frightened, being about ten times more sensitive than humans, Bonnie stated. However, Amy noticed that her animals were much more relaxed. Right from the start, navigating a figure-eight pattern around barrels, the horses

were much more aware, steady and easy to rein as she went on to race them around the track.

Amy ended the 2015 season with the best performance of her entire career. That meant she went from her previous standing of 17th place to

7th place by using AIM products. It was the first time Amy had ever finished in the top ten.

Kelsey had similar results by feeding his horses Peak Endurance and RediBeets three and a half hours before racing and spraying Mag-nificence on their muscles before and after chuck wagon races. Kelsey could feel their bodies relax as they exhaled puffs of breath through their nostrils and sighed as though contented. Bonnie explained, The magnesium helped prevent lactic acid build-up and speed up recovery time. Horses often twist their knees, which

puts them out of the race and requires a replacement horse. Kelsey had no problems with any of his horses, including a mare he had been worried about. Like Amy, Kelseys overall performance improved, going from a previous

standing of 28th place to 8th place. Both Amy and Kelsey have

taken some of the AIM products and love them, so Bonnie feels they will sign up as Members and improve their own physical performance as well.

Its time to consider the many health benefits of AIM CranVerry+. New research suggests that the rich source of antioxidant polyphenols in cranberry juice is beneficial for heart health. The studys male participants drank two glasses a day, and, within twenty-four hours, showed measurable improvements in blood pressure, arterial stiffness and circulation. By having a positive effect on blood flow, it is believed that cranberry juice can also lower the risk of artherosclerosisplaque build-up in the arteries.

CranVerry+ is known for preventing urinary tract infections and inhibiting yeast infections, but this new evidence indicates cardiovascular benefits for men and women. Give your heart additional support by taking CranVerry+.

Magnificent Mag-nificence!Magnificent Mag-nificence!I somehow pulled a muscle in my right calf. It was very sore, making it painful to walk and stretch. I decided to experiment with Mag-nificence, especially after reading so many wonderful testimonials about it. I used the spray liberally three to four times a day for two days. When I woke

up on the morning of the third day, the pain was completely gone. I could stretch my leg without any discomfort whatsoever.

My mom, Rica Gerhardt (AIM Director), bumped her leg against the pointy part of the dishwasher door while unloading it. Immediately she noticed the swelling, so she quickly put ice on it for a couple of minutes. She then sprayed Mag-nificence on it and forgot about the incident for the rest of the day. Only that evening did she notice that there was no sign of any swelling, no discoloration and no tenderness to the touch. What a magnificent product!Karina Gerhardt-Strachan, Preferred Member in Ashton, Ontario

We gave all the movers a Red Rush and later Peak Endurance while moving Colin (third from left) and Zinnie (extreme right) Breitkreutz into their new home. They had energy, and we moved them unbelievably quickly! Red Rush and Peak Endurance were the silent instigators. Janet Breitkreutz, AIM Director in Sherwood Park, Alberta

The valerian root, passionflower and hops flower in the Canadian AIM Composure provide a variety of active phytonutrients, some of which increase the levels and activity of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain. GABA calms an overactive mind, much in the same way as anti-anxiety medications but without negative side effects such as physical and psychologicaldependence. This proven formula from the German Commission E delivers a natural remedy for reducing anxiety and sleepless nights.
