A Message from Jr. Past President William “Bill” Stukes

California/Nevada Moose Association

Here we are! A brand new calendar year! 2016. Happy New Year! There is a New incentive for signing

members released at Moose International. Sponsor a new or re-enrolled member in the months of January and

February and you will receive double the points as a bonus in the Moose Rewards Program. The holidays are a

great time to sponsor family or friends into our Fraternity. And receive double the points for doing so!

However if you want to save our Moose Lodges, Chapters and Moose Legions Money! Work your Expired

and Dropped Members List! That’s right! We are seeing a large amount of former members leaving and not

paying their dues! This is costing us a bundle of money. And more importantly it is making it harder for us to

care for our children at Mooseheart and our seniors at Moosehaven. Won’t you help us with this problem

please? I know we can do this! ‘Always Remember A Burden Heavy to One is Bourne Lightly by Many”. So,

let’s get together our Membership Retention Committees and call, e-mail or write to these members that are de-

linquent. Find why they left. And how we can help get them back into Our Defending Circle. Membership

Retention is not just a week or month long commitment! It is an ongoing process that we can all help with. Be-

ginning with the sponsors from the day they signed up a new member into our order.

We are looking forward to seeing you all at our Mid-Winter Convention in March. Be safe and thank you for

all you do for our Great Fraternity.

God Bless Mooseheart and Moosehaven. And please don’t forget to tell your friends and family members

how much you love them.

Fraternally,

Bill Stukes

Gold Miner News and Highlights - February/March 2016 Page 5Youth Awareness-Fred Reichelt

Greetings all and we are getting close to the due date for the “Kids Talks” for California Ne-vada Youth Awareness program. The Youth Awareness is listed with the “Heart of the Com-munity” program, and as the Youth Awareness Program continues to reach out to theCommunity, it is definitely part of the Win- Win program for the Community. It provides the opportunity for lodges and Chapters to sponsor students to a Youth AwarenessCongress and gain Community Service Awareness. The Students have an opportunity to par-ticipate and possibly win a scholarship ranging from $2,000 to $12,000 dollars. However; noneof this is possible without your continued support, and we thank you for all for what you do.

To date, only three Congresses were conducted in the North and they are as follows:Sunnyvale Moose Lodge with 6 students, Richmond Moose Lodge with 5 students and finally the Grass Val-

ley Moose Lodge with 6 student and 5 Association Officers and lodge officers present. (Pictures below.)

Richmond Congress Sunnyvale CongressAt the current time we are on hold until the Kids talks come in and we see who is going back East and new

opportunities. A big Thank You to the Host Moose lodges and all those support them and our program. In addi-tion reach out and thank WOTM Coordinator Lyn McDonald and District Coordinators Cathy Childs.

Lowell Fletcher-Safe SurfinI’m Lowell Fletcher, CANV Safe Surfin’ Coordinator, and also the Administrator of Redding Lodge

1006. Since the convention in Reno, there have been some fantastic updates to the EZ Child ID FingerprintingProgram. The EZ Child Id Mobile App has been introduced and is up and running. This App can be down-loaded to an Android or Smart Phone and the data collected (child bio, fingerprints, & pictures) can be sentdirectly to that phone eliminating the need for a CD or Thumb Drive therefore reducing the cost per child toprovide this wonderful service. To use this App, you EZ Child ID software must be running Version 6.0 orgreater. Cost to upgrade is about $200. Free if you have purchases your system within the past year, A spe-cial router that comes pre-configured at a cost of $120. Follow the simple instructions and you’re up and run-ning with this modern tech savvy method that can really cut your cost to provide this service while stayingwith the latest trends.

I have redesigned the Consent Form and submitted it to the Safe Surfin’ Foundation which they haveadopted and are now using. We can now list 10 participants on a single page instead of 1 per page. This repre-sents a 90% reduction on coping cost for this form alone. I have also redesigned the Data Form to get 2 partic-ipants per page (2 half sheets) cutting coping cost by 50%. Contact me for copies.

Buying supplies in bulk is the key to keeping your cost low. I have been able to bring the cost down to25¢ per person using the CD’s to give to the parents. With the EZ Child ID App, the cost drops down to 8¢per person. This is also to option to use thumb drives. I have not been able to find a cheap enough source tomake this cost effective. If you have a source that may work for this option, please provide me with the Nameand Contact Info. I would recommend purchasing a DYMO LabelWriter Thermal Printer (about $60 oneBay!) and using shipping labels purchased in bulk can help you bring the cost down. Using a thermal printerdoes not require ink therefore reducing the cost per person that we provide this service to. Again, buying bulkis the key!

I would love to see at least one EZ Child ID System in each District. A committee in each District withat least one committee member from each lodge in that District to help administer the use of the system wouldbe great. Neighboring Districts could also purchase supplies together keeping cost down.

I would like to know which Lodges, Chapters, Districts, and Legions have a system. It would be niceto have some stats and pictures from each of your events to be shared in this newsletter.

Please contact me at (530) 440-0597 or [email protected] for help and advice on this wonderfulprogram.

Cheryl Volden Gail Marlatt Kurt Wehrmeister Jim Waggoner Watch for more information from all of them. They are all adjusting to their new jobs but I amconfident, they have time, knowledge and help for anyone who may need it. Congratulation to you all and ThankYou for all you do FOR THE KIDS!

.I hope that everyone enjoyed the holidays and that they were all you wished for. Now it’sback to working for our chapters. It’s time to start preparation for Nominations and Elec-tions.  Be sure to read the “Election of Chapter Officers Handbook.” It is available on theMoose International Website under forms. Encourage qualified co-workers to submit theirname for an elected office. Remembering to help mentor someone is a good way to “Buildour Foundation”. When we have a solid board of officers it definitely helps secure theWOTM foundation.

How is your membership looking? Are you keeping up with the monthly expired list? Thechapter year-end is drawing closer so don’t wait until April to check if you will have a plus one in membership. This may not give you enough time to make up the difference to qualify for the Award of Achievement. Startnow!

Our 83rd Mid-Year Conference and Academy of Friendship Session will be held March 18-20, 2016, in Reno,Nevada at the Atlantis Casino Resort and Spa. We are honored to have Grand Chancellor, Barbara McPherson,as our official visitor. The registrations forms have been posted on the CNMA website and all chapters re-ceived via email.

Co-workers, enter the “Build our Foundation” contest at conference, by constructing your interpretation ofour theme. You may use any size or make of plastic building blocks, but the maximum size for the structure is14”x14”x14”. Attendees at conference will vote on their favorite. Voting will close on Saturday at noon and awinner announced in the Saturday afternoon session. Please contact Toni Sherman, [email protected],with any questions about this contest.

Saturday night’s banquet will be a dinner and a show. The theme will be a “Decade’s Party”, pick your fa-vorite decade from the 40’s through the 90’s and come as you were.

Please plan to attend the conference in March as it will be wonderful to have Barb McPherson as our OV.Who better to answer all of our questions?

From Jeanenne Lautzenheiser; “When I watch the children play in a safe environment on the campus ofMooseheart without a care in the world or talk to a senior at Moosehaven who says “I am living like a queen (orking),” I realize my membership is having a positive impact on these individuals who would not have been ableto enjoy life as they are doing today.Membership generates revenue to assist in the operation of Mooseheart and Moosehaven so let’s all work to-gether to ensure membership growth. It is not “what’s in it for me” but what is in it for the residents”.Ditto from me.Carol Allen

Brothers and Co-workers,I hope all of you had a safe and happy holiday and I wish you the very best in 2016.To all those District Presidents who have been doing their visitations and sending in their re-

ports - THANK YOU! It's good to see you doing the job you were elected to do. For the rest ofyou, please start getting out to your Lodges and spread the word of the Moose and get those re-ports to me.

In case you haven't heard, the Fraternity's next major project is the renovation of Moosehaven. They areplanning on building new housing and consolidating some of their services. Even though we don't know whatspecific part of the renovation will belong to California/Nevada yet, you know it will be an important piece ofthe project. All Fraternal Units will be asked to contribute, so start your fundraising now, don't wait until thelast minute. Ask your membership for contributions and post their names on your Hall walls like you do withthe cradle and rocker fundraiser for the Endowment fund; have special raffles; an auction or maybe a specialdinner. Let's make California/Nevada a leader in this endeavor.

And let's not forget about membership. Not only do we need to grow and sign new members, but let's retainour current members. Constantly remind your members of all the GREAT things the Moose Fraternity does forour kids at Mooseheart, our senior members at Moosehaven and the communities in which we live. I'm proud tobe a member of an organization that gives so much and asks for so little. Be proud of your Moose membershipand spread the word of the Moose.

May the force be with us in this New Year!! I would love to see Retention go awaybut that's not possible. So let's at least try and put a dent in it. Again, I'm wondering whywe are not keeping our members. RELY on your higher degrees because they can help.

Every Lodge and Chapter has higher degree members. They have been through thechairs. They know the ins and outs of the Lodge and Chapter. Ask them questions and

get them involved. Ask them to help make phone calls. Find out what the members want and get things happen-ing . Remind them what we stand for and whose lives we are changing.

The building will be three stories high with twowings. 3. It will contain 105 residential apartments. 4. It will have in-house kitchen and dining facilities. 5. So what do we not know: 1. How long the take for the decision making process between Moose Chari-ties and the Association’s that will establish minimum donations expectations.

We also know that upon the completion of the process it will take some time before we will be able to pro-vide to all the Fraternal Units that are active in California and Nevada with information as to the our Associa-tion’s expected total contribution, CNMA FRU’s minimum donation expectation, length of time to meetexpected total minimum donation, setting up an Awards program for those meet or exceed benchmarks whilemeeting or exceeding the FRU’s expectations, development of a Mission Statement and other appropriate orneed documents.

Meanwhile, we encourage everyone to start fundraising efforts if you haven’t already done so, or continue ifyou have, and mail raised funds to Moose Charities with the notation CNMA-MHN Major Project in the nota-tion area to assure your donation is deposited in the proper fund and that your FRU receives credit for theamount.

We are hopeful that we will have the total information package to you at or before the beginning of the CN-MA Midyear Conference at Reno, NV in March.

Cheryl Volden - Training Coordinator"As time goes on and we reflect, on the things we’ve said and done; The places we’ve been,

the people we’ve met, And we think of all the fun. We realize the marks we leave in life,Aren’t made of stone or steel, But rather of the lives we’ve touched, And how we make folksfeel. For people are far more valuable, Than achievements great and high, Than cars or planesor space shuttles, Or buildings reaching to the sky. You and I can leave our mark in life, Bydoing all we can, To serve and praise and uplift, The lives of children, women and men.”Mark Sanborn. What mark do you hope to leave in the Moose Family Fraternity?

Your California Nevada Moose trainers are dedicated to providing training, in its many forms, to assist allmembers of our fraternity. The mark we hope to leave as trainers is one of accomplishment that our brothersand coworkers received an education in alliance with the Moose Family Fraternity’s mission and value state-ments. We also want to ensure that we meet the goals of our fraternity. Your goal as a leader or member at thelocal level should be to attend the training provided to gain the knowledge you need to also align yourself withthe fraternity’s mission and value statements. They are provided on pages 138 to 140 of The General Laws.

Another option is to take the training on-line on the Moose International website. Lodge Leadership hastwo modules and an assessment test. The 2 HOTT has 10 modules and an assessment test. There is even aLodge Administration Assessment Test for those individuals who have completed a classroom training sessionand want to be recertified. Each assessment test must be completed with a grade of 80% or higher in order toreceive credit for the on-line training. There is also Moose Unit Audits and Trustee Duties on-line trainingavailable. All training modules are open to every member in the fraternity.

As we assess the requirements for this fraternal year that will be ending on April 30, 2016, we should bereviewing any required training needed to achieve the Premier Lodge Award; Governor’s Award of Excel-lence; 5 Star Award; Chapter Award of Achievement or WOTM degrees (i.e., Green Cap, Star Recorder orCollege of Regents); Moose Legion Director’s Key Club; and other Moose Legion programs. Do you knowwhat is needed for your fraternal unit to successfully complete this fraternal year? Are there outstanding train-ing needs that need to be addressed? If there are please notify your California Nevada Moose Association(CNMA) training team ASAP so we can schedule what is needed so you can achieve success.

Wondering where you can find training scheduled in California or Nevada? Go to the CNMA website atwww.ca-nvmoose.org, and select Fraternal Education. A series of calendars can be found with all training ses-sions offered within the Association. Stay tuned to this section of the website for other training sessions beingoffered throughout calendar year 2016.

Use the Fraternal Education, Fraternal Ed Info portion of the CNMA website to contact the training staffwith any questions or concerns you may have or to request that a trainer come to your location and assist you.

Any questions or concerns about LCL.net, QuickBooks, or training within the Association can be directedto me at (805) 338-1305 or send an email to [email protected].

So far everything is going great with all the committees. Most all of you have sent them into Rick Dandridge and myself. Those of you who have not, we still need a report, even if nothingelse is going on until later.

Presently the chairmen that have contacted us are:

· Moose Charities = Cradle fund in all lodges. Need to continue and hopefully we will seean improvement. League of Guardians and other donations are doing fine and ongoing.

· Heart of the Community = Rick and his Chairmen are doing great. Working on Tommy Moose,Blood Drive, Stuff-A-Bus for the March meeting. The rest of his group is also doing great. Rick is al-so working with Noreen Sprague ( Heart of the Community for WOTM ) on joint projects.

· Youth Awareness = All groups are busy with their congresses. Thanks for your efforts in Californiaand Nevada.

· Moose Riders are doing great also. Signing members and going on bike runs throughout California.

I would like to personally thank all chairmen and for their help and making my job easier. The more wecommunicate the better we all are.

The Holidays are upon us now and my wife and I as well as the board of officers would like to wish youall a Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas and a great New Year. Be safe and enjoy, and want to see andhear from you all next year.

Making our communities a better place in which to live is the Heart of the Communitymotto. Getting involved in our communities lets our communities know what our great fra-ternity is all about. I am not a rocket scientist; but, I can figure out that the lodges that do getinvolved in their communities are growing and the Lodges that are not very involved in theircommunities seem to be losing ground.

Clearlake Oaks Moose Lodge is a premier example of getting involved in our communi-ties. Opening up their Lodge as an emergency evacuation center to all the families that were

forced to leave their homes because of The Rocky Fire was not only heartfelt by their community; but, they areplus 17 in Charlies”Plus 1”. The Roseville Moose Lodge hosted a Breast Cancer Gala that raised $4,600 thatwas presented to the Mayor of Roseville for the Placer County Breast Cancer Endowment Fund. Roseville isplus 30 and number 1 in California Nevada Moose Association. There are many, many, more examplesthroughout the California Nevada Moose Association of Lodges being involved in charitable events in theircommunities in a mega way. Rest assured these Lodge are more than likely, the place in town to be. Please, ifyou have an event in your community that you would like to share, please email me about your event([email protected]).

Our Safe Surfin program is now taking its own exciting direction. Please read the article by our Safe Surfin’Coordinator Lowell Fletcher. He and his wife Christy are really spearheading a great program. He is encourag-ing all Districts to get involved in the child identification program.

Roddy Myers is our Special Olympics Coordinator. His dad just had a bladder removed last week. His Dadis recovering OK; but, still has issues. Roddy is heavily involved in the Special Olympics in Yuba City. He hasa physically challenged child that participates in the Special Olympics. Every time I talk to Roddy about Spe-cial Olympics, his eyes light up. Roddy did ask me to tell you that he would love to hear from the lodges thatare active in Special Olympics and the Lodges that would like to be involved. He will answer any questionsabout Special Olympics and how to get involved ([email protected]).

Our Veteran’s Affairs Coordinator is really taking his new job seriously. He was a guest yesterday11/09/2015 with CA State Representative Doris Matsui at the US Department of Veteran’s Affairs in Sacra-mento. Hopefully, I will get feedback right away and report it to you soon. Jesse is anxious to answer anyquestions about Veteran Benefits and Affairs ([email protected]).

I was very fortunate to attend the Youth Awareness Conference in Grass Valley on Sunday 11/08/2015. Boy,do we ever have competition this year. We have last year’s CNMA winners Nathan and Elisa, and runner upBrandon in the program again. They do have some serious challengers; Aubrie and Capri that are twins. WOW,you should have seen all of them in practice sessions. BTW, Ben Elliot, our Moose Baby is now a teenager andis competing in the program. Thanks to WOTM Brenda Abbott, they had a young Drug Enforcement GrassValley Police Officer instruct the kids on Drug Abuse and what to be on the lookout for. The Police Officer waspresented with a case of Tommy Moose after his session.

I do need your feedback on what you are doing in your Communities to make it a better place in which tolive. If you are interested in getting involved in volunteering in any of the Heart of the Community programsfor the California Nevada Moose Association, please email me! ([email protected])

HOW’S YOUR FOUNDATION COMING ALONG? We are supposed to be working on increasing the membership in our Chapters. We are

supposed to be paying attention to our members. We should be struggling with a list of thosewho haven’t yet paid their dues. We ought to be staging orientations for our new members. We should bewrapping up a membership campaign and assessing its effectiveness. We owe it to the chapter to work diligent-ly on the retention list. Paying attention to these duties will build your foundation by making your chapterstronger and the co-workers happier.

Most important at the moment - we should be grooming new officers so they will be happy to take overthe reins in April! Yes, the work really should start in April. Check page 65 of the Officers Handbook for thelist of items the incoming – not yet installed – Senior Regent and Recorder are encouraged to do in April. TheSenior Regent-Elect can appoint all Chapter Development Chairmen, Appointed Officers, Higher Degree Com-mittee Chairman and Special Committee Chairmen. Of course the current officers will give her suggestions andnames of those who expressed a desire to contribute to the chapter. She also can schedule a meeting of allCommittee Chairmen so the Joint Board knows and the date and time will be on the calendar. The Recordercan – in April – divide the remaining membership and place each co-worker on a Chapter Development Com-mittee. The Senior Regent-Elect prepares the lists and distributes them to the Chairmen. I didn’t know aboutthis early effort when I was Senior Regent – or maybe it wasn’t done all those years ago – but what a greatchance for a head start on the year!

Good officers will really help maintain a good foundation. Talk to your friends at the Moose Home.Don’t scare them, just mention that you think they would be good at a specific job. Of course, they will pooh-pooh that notion but you should continue to encourage them and give them specifics on what you are willing todo to help. I always volunteer to help with letters, lists and other paperwork ‘cause I sure can’t cook!

Your chapter’s membership foundation will remain solid as long as the officers and co-workers continueto take care of the supposed tos, the shoulds, the oughts, and the owes of a strong chapter life.

IDENTIFY ALL VETERANS IN LODGE – MEN & WOMEN (LOOM & WOTM) America’s veterans are probably the country’s greatest untapped resource, and the Moose Family has thou-sands. We have begun an effort to identify every veteran, man and woman, in our organizations: LOOM &WOTM. Please begin your lodge ‘Veterans Service Committee’ by not only identifying all veterans, war andpeacetime, and their service branch, service/wartime periods, and unique experiences: EX-POW’s, D-Day,Pearl Harbor, No. Africa, Battle of the Bulge, Korea, Iwo Jima, Grenada, Bosnia, VietNam, Gulf Wars, Mili-tary Retired, and ETC… There are veteran’s memorial programs at the State Capitol each year to honor these veterans and we/Mooseshould be, and should be seen to be, a patriotic organization honoring OUR veterans. We are creating a masterinformation sharing database and seek to provide more information and services to our veterans and their de-pendents. This will be our Moose Family’s ‘Start Point’ for information regarding not only veteran’s benefits & entitle-ments but also special programs. We will get answers to questions for veterans and families.CALIFORNIA VETERANS IDENTIFICATION ON DRIVERS LICENSE - AB 935 - PASSED - Authorized CA-DMV to install a veterans designation on the CA drivers license. Just take yourseparation/discharge/DD-214 to your local county veterans service office (CVSO) to get your “Veterans StatusVerification Form”; and take it to your DMV. Only $5.00 at time of renewal or $30.00 if you want it NOW!VETERANS AUTO LICENSE PLATE DESIGNATION CA DMV has also been authorized to create andprovide special personalized veterans designations on auto license plates – get details and forms from your lo-cal CVSO!V.A. BENEFIT & COMPENSATION FORMS CHANGED As of March 24, 2015, VA requires veterans andsurvivors to use new standardized forms when filing their claims and appeals. The standardized forms enableclaimants to clearly identify the symptoms or conditions for which they are seeking benefits, while helping toensure VA receives the information needed to process their claims. These forms are designed to capture thespecific information VA needs to process compensation, pension, and other benefit claims. Claims filed prior toMarch 24, 2015, need NOT re-file. Veterans and survivors who need additional time to gather the information needed to support their claims mayuse the optional intent to file process. Submission of the new form, Intent to File a Claim for Compensationand/or Pension, or Survivors Pension and/or DIC, protects the claimant’s effective date while allowing theclaimant up to 1 year to collect supporting information and submit the appropriate application form. VETERANS HEALTH IDENTIFICATION CARD The VA will issue a personal VA Health ID cardwith photograph to veterans who register at a VA health facility, clinic or hospital.Veterans Choice - VA Changes Rules The “Veterans Choice” program allows veterans who have difficultyaccessing VA health services, to get their required services from their local non-government medical serviceproviders. The program was too restrictive and too many veterans were initially not qualified. Because ofgreat ‘push-back’ from veterans service organizations, the rules have been changed and more veterans will nowqualify. You and the Moose – Today and in the Future…….Please take a moment in this busy time to review your commitment to the Moose. Re-

member – it is your lodge, your fraternity – without you and your continued help we willnot be successful in the growth and survival of our lodges and chapters. It does not go on ina vacuum – it needs a commitment from its members to continue and grow. The presentboards of officers – lodge and chapter – are doing all they can to provide you with a moreresponsive organization. The goal is one that will do more to meet your and your family'sneeds. They are trying to provide more sports, more functions and more children's opportu-

nities to enjoy the benefits of being a Moose Family Center, but they cannot do it alone. It all takes dedica-tion from our members – ALL of OUR MEMBERS, instead of just a loyal few who support it now atmeetings and the planned activities.

Think back to your enrollment and the obligation that you took to support the whole Moose organization– not just cheap drinks and food. Now is the time to start to live up to that commitment – the lodge and ourfraternity need you. The officers have committed to the time it takes to do the job and they all work and takecare of their homes, too. We do need more volunteers and your support with other donations when asked tobe a success.

If you have concerns, come to the regular meetings or write to the board. Do not be a complainer to every-one else in the bar and expect the officers to do something – be an active member and become more involvednow. Remember the lodge is your second home and a place for families to enjoy themselves. We are FAMI-LY and should work together to make our lodge a better place to visit and enjoy.

Do not be afraid to voice you ideas – you may be asked to become the chairman, but will be supported byfellow members. You will have much to gain by participating in your lodge and chapter activities – newfriends, personal growth and supporting Mooseheart and Moosehaven.

We do want to thank you for your past, present and future support provided to the lodge. Please help yourlodge and chapter grow by signing new members and bringing back those that have not renewed their mem-bership.

Heart of the CommunityHappy New Year!!! I hope all our Moose Families were blessed with the best Christmas Season ever. Many of

our lodges were in the spirit of Christmas and adopted families less fortunate than us for this very special time ofthe year. As it is written in the Moose Legion Conferral, ‘When we were children, we learned about receiving. Wereceived gifts on special occasions and it brought us joy. As we grew older, we began to realize that it is more re-warding to give than receive.” Our Moose Lodges know that giving is the greatest joy of all.” There were lodgesthat worked with Toys for Tots, The Military, The fire departments, and the police departments in collecting anddistributing Christmas gifts for children.

Our Tommy Moose Coordinator Darcy Wilbur heads up our Tommy Moose program. We donated 12 cases ofTommy Moose to the Reno Fire and The Reno Police Department at the CA NV Moose Assn Convention in Sep-tember. Several Cases also went to the children that were evacuees from the Rocky Fire at the Clearlake OaksMoose Lodge. The Tommy Moose Program aids in helping children overcome fears and anxiety during times ofstress. Donated to Law Enforcement, Fire, and other emergency workers, Tommy Moose plush dolls are present-ed to children in various traumatic situations. This year in honor of the new Sparks Moose Service Center #2710,we will be donating Tommy Moose dolls to the Sparks Fire Department and the Sparks police Department.

A great “thank you” goes out to all our HOTC Coordinators and Committee members for going the extra mileto jump start their areas of responsibly. They have made the California Nevada Moose Association Heart of theCommunity program the envy of our Fraternity. “THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!”

These dedicated Coordinators are there for you. If your Lodge, District, or Moose Legion Jurisdictionneeds help in any Community Service event, please contact one of our coordinators or myself. We really want tohelp you.

We will need volunteers for the “Stuff the Bus”, the Blood Drive, and HOTC display in the membershiproom for the upcoming Midyear Conference in Reno. You can contact any of our coordinators to sign up.

Our “Stuff the Bus” coordinator ( Chip Wilbur) wants to remind all fraternal units in the CA NV MooseAssociation that it is time to start collecting new or gently used jackets, clothing and non-perishable goods for the “Stuff the Bus” at our Mid-Year Conference in March.  Let's make this the best effort the Heart of theCommunity has ever put forward. If we start early, I know we can fill the bus.
