describe the concept of moral distress and how it has impacted LTC staff during the pandemic;

review the impact and spread of a tool designed to support decision making during the pandemic; and

apply a framework to guide decision making when determining how to approach a difficult clinical decision during a pandemic and develop a person-centred care plan.

10. POST-COVID Increase in Neuropsychiatric Symptoms in LTC Residents with Dementia Vanessa Thoo, Leslie Giddens-Zuker At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

identify the phenomena of worsening neuropsychiatric symptoms in COVID-recovered LTC residents with advanced major neurocognitive disorder;

This year the CAGP-CCSMH poster presentations will have two elements. All posters will be accessible to registered delegates in the ASM portal and will include an electronic poster and a video description. The 2nd element is the Minute Madness Poster session on October 30 from 2:25 p.m. – 3:05 p.m. which include those who opted to present their posters virtually. The virtual poster rounds have been divided into 3 groups (Innovations in Service Delivery, Education and Capacity Enhancement, and Research).
