Vendor to confirm that maximum conductor DC registance shall be <= 7.56 Ω / Km

Vendor to confirm that min. insulation registance of cable shall be 100 MΩ/ Km at 27 Deg C

Vendor to confirm that inner sheath thickness and outer sheath thickness shall be as per IS 1554 Part 1

Vendor to confirm that outer sheath material shall be Flame retardant low smoke 90 Deg C PVC to IS 5831 Type

Vednor to note that smoke density rating shall be 60% Maximum when tested as per ASTMD-2843/77. Finished

Cable shall pass falmmability test as per SS 424 14 75 CLASS F3, IEEE-383 & IEC-332-I. Vendor to confirm for the

same.



Vendor to confirm that strand diameter shall be 0.67 mm.

Vendor to note that maximum conductor DC resistance shall be <= 7.56 Ω / Km. The offer resistance 12.3 Ω / Km

is not acceptable. Vendor to revise the offer.

Vendor to confirm that min. insulation resistance of cable shall be 100 MΩ/ Km at 27 Deg C. Vendor has offered

25 MΩ/ Km at 20 Deg C is not acceptable. Vendor to revise the offer.

Vednor to note conductor shall be annealed bare electrolytic grade stranded copper conductor. Venor has

provided quotation for only annealed stranded copper conductor which is not acceptable. Vendor to revise

the offer for the same.

Vendor to note that Insrument cables shall be twisted pair and 10 twists per meter shall be minimum.

Vendor to confirm for the same.

Vendor to note that pair identification with number at internal of not more then 250mm. Vendor toconfirm for the same.

Vendor to note that in communication pair each wire shall be 0.5mm2 of plain annealed single or multistrand copper conductor with 0.4mm thick 85 deg. C PVC insulated insulation color red and green.

Vednor has not provided min. bending radius. Vendor to confirm for the same.

Gloster Cables Limited has not provided quotation for Instrument Cables.
