Each challenge represents a key area of leadership. At the end of each challenge users are asked to write up their reflections on each specific learning challenge, then it is considered complete. Users can access the challenges at any point and retake them if they wish. Key Features of ADL Level 1 Completion and CertificateIn order to receive the verified certificate from the Global Child Dental, students must have completed all of the modules and submitted their reflections. The personalised certificates are available both as downloadable PDFs and at a web page online. The latter can be sent to friends, colleagues or potential employers as a mark of achievement in the field of oral health leadership.
