On March 15, 2016, pursuant to the authority granted by Section 91,103 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, the Department of Building and Safety (the “Department”) investigated and identified code violations at: 871 South Tremaine Avenue, Los Angeles, California, (the “Property"). A copy of the title report which includes a full legal description of the property is attached as Exhibit A.

YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE L .A.M.C.
