He is a member ofthe Advisory Committee ofCREDAI NCR, Member Board ofStudies, SPA, Ahmedabad.

    Managing Director, Black Olive Ventures

    Mr. Sunil Agarwal is an AdjunctProfessor for the School of Real

    Estate at the RICS School of BuiltEnvironment. He is also theManaging Director of Black OliveVentures Pty Ltd.

    Previously, he served as ChiefDevelopment and AcquisitionsOfficer at SARE, a $400 millionreal estate development and fund

    management firm. In April 2006,he co-founded the firm, whichfocuses on the value-for-moneysegment in the residential realestate space.

    He is also the mentor to the RealEstate and Entrepreneurship Club

    at ISB Hyderabad.Sunil holds a degree in civilengineering, urban planning andbusiness administration. Hisdiverse experience includesadvising multinationals on regionalfacilities and workplace solutions,financial feasibility oninfrastructure projects, PE

    placements in property, valuationsand direct property investmentsacross Asia Pacific, Europe,Middle East and Africa.

    Gulzar is a qualified architect fromthe School of Planning and

    Architecture Delhi. He honed hisreal estate skills at CB RichardEllis whilst gaining valuableexperience and proficiency inbusiness development, project co-ordination & client managementfor various investment advisorymandates as an AssociateDirector & Regional Head of theStrategic Consulting Group.

    Gulzar is currently a partner in astart-up venture christened Indian

    Property Advisors Pvt Ltd (IPAL), aprivate equity (PE) fund, which isplanning to raise an INR 300 croredomestic fund and a USD 250-300million offshore fund. As a part thisventure, Gulzar is responsible foroverseeing the investment strategyand monitoring from a risk andcompliance perspective.
