    research

    Qualitative research method has been adopted in this article that includes

    interview of many managers and non-managers, and employees of 11 different

    organizations both local and multinational in Pakistan. The researcher has

    focused on the respondents.

    How literature is

    used

    There is no such work done on this topic. The basic study in this article is about

    the HRM practices of multinational irrespective of the firms which shows

    characteristics of national culture on which they function. While Interviews are

    conducted, recordings of interviews and transcription of these recordings are

    used.

    5 How intent is

    focusedResearcher is trying to generate new theory. As the topic is exploring the role of

    national culture in HRM, it seems that the questions would be asked open ended

    and the researcher is trying to explore something new and different and it requires

    some past work according to the present scenario.

    6 How data is

    collectedResearcher collected data in form of tape recordings, records of those recordings,

    and through interviews. In this article researcher prefers to be with participants

    point of view while adopting national value system. Use of words, diagrams, and

    images support the theory while collecting data. Data collected in this research is

    also through interviews, texts, words from 167 respondents of different

    organizations.

    analyzedIn this research the data is analyzed by structural contents, texts and images.

    researcherThe researcher is close as he took interviews from individuals (Participants).

    validated

    Researcher has viewed all the situations which are observed in the current

    situation which includes participant point of view too. This research presented the

    importance of national culture in HRM.

    in both the forms observational and external standards.
