Britain for Events is an industry wide campaign designed to promote Britain as a world class destination for events of all types; engaging and promoting the British economy whilst celebrating the creativity of those organisations within it.
Working closely with our partners and supporters across the industry, along with Government and industry bodies including the Business Visits & Events Partnership and VisitBritain, Britain for Events focuses on every aspect of the events industry, from live music and sport, festivals and cultural events to meetings and conferences, incentive travel, product launches, exhibitions and trade shows.

To celebrate National Events Month and the events industry in Britain, Britain for Events will be hosting a cocktail reception at The Mermaid, London on Monday 19th October 2015. After the success of the event in 2014, Britain for Events would like the opportunity to thank everyone who has been a part of the campaign and celebrate the success and en-gagement it has generated in Britain once more.
Every year Britain for Events hosts a Parliamentary dinner for members of government and event professionals to discuss how they can work togeth-er to benefit the UK events industry. This year Britain for Events will host the same dinner, with an exclusive list of event organisers and govern-ment representatives, taking place at the Conrad St James, Westminster.
