Our Organizational Structure

Brilliant has its headquarters in Mogadishu, Somalia where the coordination of all activities is done. The CEO who reports to Brilliants Board of Directors does the daily running of the firm. The highest decision-making organ in or firm is the Board of directors, which meets once in every three months to plan and discuss the firm’s strategic objectives and give direction to emerging issues.

Under the CEO, we have the overall projects manager followed by consulting managers in different fields (Research, development and evaluation, Training, Quality Assurance and Engineering among others). The internal

office has a team of professionals heading different departments including; the HR, Finance, IT and Logistics.

We also have a database of consultants in various fields who we work with in implementing different projects.
