    My Modifications to Original Recipe

    st mod.old:

    cups whole milk

    cup water

    Tablespoons dry bakers yeast

    Tablespoons sugar

    teaspoons salt

    egg

    cups white flour

    Tablespoons wheat germ

    Tablespoons wheat bran

    Tablespoon brewers/nutritional yeast

    /2 cup full fat soy flour

    Present mod. after request for lighter bread:

    3 cups whole milk

    2 Tablespoons dry bakers yeast

    up to 1/2 cup sugar

    2 teaspoons salt

    1 egg

    6 cups white flour

    3 Tablespoons wheat germ

    3 Tablespoons wheat bran

    1 Tablespoon brewers/nutritional yeast

    1/2 cup full fat soy flour

    1/2 cup Olive oil
