Just because you
aren’t paying attention
doesn’t mean they
aren’t talking about you.
Get over yourself.
Customers are not clamoring to get to you, so
you need to pay attention;
respond when they do, and reach out to them when they don’t.
People like to go with the
crowd. Make the crowd a part of your
story.
People will give their currency to
celebrities, not brands, whether that is
time, evangelism or just “liking” them.
Grabbing the consumer’s
attention is difficult. Every brand wants them.
Why should they listen to you?
You need to stand out from your
competition. What can you do that is
different?
