BLACK FOREST GATEAV Pax: 1 Ingredients : Qty Refined flour : 100 gms Cocoa powder : 30 gms Baking powder : ½ tea spoon Butter : 60 gms Sugar powder : 130 gms Egg : 3 no’s Cherries : 50 gms Sugar : 100 gms Whipping cream : 50 ml Dark chocolate : 100 gms Vanilla essence : 5 ml Method:- 1. Sieve refined flour with cocoa powder and baking powder. 2. Cream butter and sugar powder. Add beaten egg and mix gently. 3. Fold in sieved flour and vanilla essence. 4. Pour the batter into a greased bake tin and bake at 180 0 C till cooked. 5. Cool and cut into three round slices. 6. Prepare syrup with sugar and water. 7. Pour the syrup over the cake pieces. 8. Whip the cream with 15 grams of icing sugar. 9. Apply the cream over the bottom slice of cake and sprinkle with chopped cherries. Place the middle layer over it. Cover with cream and
