1. Khi quty l bn bin php thi cng cho dm I DL b tng d ng lc c sn (Sau y xin gi tt l Dm I DL ) phc v thi cng kt cu phn trn ca cu. Chiu di dm I DL s c c ph hp vi chiu di ca mi nhp cu theo nh hng khi cu nm trong ng cong nm v thay i chiu rng mt ng trn cu. Khi lng chnh xc s c tnh ton da trn bn v thi cng c ph duyt. Bn v kt cu in hnh ca dm I DL c sn c trnh by trong bn bin php thi cng ny theo ph lc s 1.2. V trV tr c th, chi tit ca cc dm I DL s c trnh by trn bn v thi cng. 3. Cng tc chun b mt bng cho bi c s c tin hnh trc my mc thit b v cc vt liu cn thit c huy ng ti phc v cho cng tc c dm. V tr bi c c th hin trn bn v thi cng. Nn t xung quanh khu vc c dm s c san gt bng phng v m bo n nh to iu kin tt cho vic huy ng thit b. Ct thp c gia cng theo hnh dng v kch thc trnh by trn bn v thi cng c ph duyt. Th nghim vt liu ct thp c tin hnh theo Tiu chun k thut. Thit b ct thp hoc cc thit b ph hp khc s c s dng vo vic ct thp. Thit b un thp hoc un bng tay s c p dng cho vic un thp c hnh dng v kch thc nh trnh by trong bn v thi cng. Ch to ct thp s c tin hnh bng my ct ngui hoc un ngui. i vi ct thp c gia cng bng phng php nhit phi tun th s ch dn ca K s.7.2(3)B tr vn khun yVn khun s c thi cng theo hnh dng, gii hn v kch thc nh trn bn v thi cng. Vn khun c lp dng phi trnh b bin dng do ti trng tc dng. Chiu di ca dm s c c theo ng bn v thi cng. Vn khun y l vn khun kim loi c sn. Cao ca vn khun y s tun theo vng trc theo thit k ca dm I DL c sn nu c. Vic tnh ton vng trc s c trnh ring bit.

Ct thp bao gm c thp ch cho dm ngang s c thi cng theo bn v thi cng c ph duyt.

Nhng cc b tng nh s c s dng nh nhng con k ct thp. Con k s c t xung di lp ct thp y v ct thp cnh duy tr lp b tng bo v thch hp. Mu ca con k b tng s c kim tra v th nghim trc khi K s t vn chp thun. B tng dng ch to con k l b tng cp A3. B tr in hnh ca con k b tng c trnh by nh hnh 7.2.1.

Hnh 7.2.1 B tr con k b tng in hnh Ct thp s c c nh v ghp ni bng dy thp c ng knh 0.9mm hoc ln hn. Chiu di ni ct thp v v tr s c thc hin theo bn v thi cng. Mt trong s ng knh inch dng bm va bt ng gen, 3 l cn li c ng knh 8mm c dng c nh phu neo vi bn ngm bng lu lng ng knh 8mm. Xem minh ho hnh v 7.2.3. L ch bm va bt ng gen s c bo v trnh cc vt l chui vo bng nt nha.

Khng c li bt k vt cn no xt li trong ng gen trc, trong v sau khi lp t ng gen.

Xem hnh minh ho m cp hnh 7.2.5. Ht sc ch trong qu trnh lun cp trnh cho ng gen b chch hng hay h hi. Cc ng gen ny phi c chnh sa li nu chng b dch chuyn hay h hng. Trong v sau qu trnh lun cp, khng c php tin hnh cc cng vic hn hoc cc cng vic c s dng la nh cng vic ct bng kh ga gip vi v tr lun cp. Cc cng tc ny c th gy ra h hi cho cp v nh hng n vic cng ko.

Sau khi ghp ni vn khun xong, nu vic v sinh bn trong vn khun khng tho mn yu cu ca K s t vn th trc khi b tng, mt s vn khun s c m ra tin hnh v sinh sau cng tc nghim thu mi c.

Sau khi lp t vn khun xong, mt bui kim tra s c t chc vi s c mt ca K s t vn chp thun b tng.7.2(8) b tng Cn cu v gu b tng s c s dng cho vic b tng c dm I DL. Nc s c phun ln vn khun, ct thp v b mt ca vn khun y trc khi b tng. Vic b tng s c tin hnh theo tng lp dy xp x 50cm. B tng s c bt u t mt pha u m v c tip tc tin ti u i din.

My m rung b tng s c chn l loi c tn s thch hp c th rung m hiu qu cho loi b tng thit k vi st 2cm trn phm vi ng trn c bn knh 45cm. S lng my m rung phi kh nng c kt b tng trong vng 10 pht sau khi vo trong vn khun. t nht l 3 my m rung c d phng sn sng ti hin trng duy tr thi cng lin tc trong trng hp c s c. My rung thnh (my rung bn ngoi) s c b tr bn ngoi vn. My m rung (m di) phi ngp xuyn n lp b tng trc, qua lp b tng mi . Vic vn hnh my m rung s c tin hnh cn thn trnh lm h hi ng gen. c bit l v tr neo u dm, v tr ny s nhn c s quan tm nghim ngt khi m b tng, trnh mi khim khuyt cho b tng v khu vc ny khng cho php bt k mt s x l hay sa cha no i vi b tng dm. nh ca lp b tng th nht cng chnh l nh ca bu dm, do vy vic m b tng s c thc hin ht sc cn thn trnh cc bt kh xut hin trn b mt b tng bu dm.

B tng mi s c trong vng nhiu nht l 2 ting sau khi lp trc .

kht ca vn khun cn c kim tra v quan trc thng xuyn trnh bin dng hoc x dch ca vn khun cng nh r r ti vn khun. Trong trng hp c x dch, vn khun s c iu chnh ngay lp tc trc khi tip tc b tng.

Vic lp t ct thp s c tin hnh cn thn trnh b dch chuyn trong qu trnh b tng. Trong trng hp c s dch chuyn, s c iu chnh ngay lp tc trc khi tip tc b tng.

Lp t ng gen s c tin hnh cn thn trnh x dch trong qu trnh b tng. Trong trng hp b x dch hoc c h hi xy ra, ngay lp tc chng s c iu chnh trc khi tip tc b tng. Tc b tng s c kim sot khng vt qu p lc thit k nh cp trong phn thit k vn khun.

Sau khi b tng, b tng ri vi thp ch s c v sinh sch s. Lp b mt b tng s c hon thin t nht 2 ln bao gm ln hon thin cui cng bng tay v s dng bay thp. Dung sai chiu cao b tng l 20mm. Th nghim b tng ti hin trng s c tin hnh trn mi xe vn chuyn theo K hoch gim st v th nghim c ph duyt. Mu b tng s c ly lm mu th nghim nn theo K hoch kim tra v th nghim c ph duyt (ITP) ph hp vi Tiu chun K thut chung iu S10.01. khng nh cng ca b tng ti thi im cng ko cp, mu s c ly b sung t nht 3 b th nghim nn (9 mu). Nhng mu dng xc nh cng b tng lc cng ko s c ch b ti hin trng vi cng iu kin nh b tng c dm I DL.Trong trng hp c s c v cn thit phi dng b tng trc khi ton b mt ct dm c hon thnh, cc bin php nh sau s c thc hin. Trong trng hp tri ma, nc ng s c gt ht khi b mt b tng trc khi lm phng b mt. Tm nha ni lng bo v s c tri trn ton b din tch b tng. Trong trng hp c s c do cn cu hoc gu b tng hng, cc thit b hng hc ny s c thay th bi thit b d phng. Tuy nhin, di s gim st v nh gi ca K s T vn nhng dm c nhng mi ni thi cng ni trn c th b loi b. Bo co chi tit v s c b tng s c thc hin nu nh s c xy ra.7.2(9)Bo v v di di vn khun cnh Phn b mt l ra ca dm (mt nh dm) s c ph lp vi hoc vt liu dng vi khc thch hp ngay sau khi cng tc hon thin b mt b tng kt thc.

Mt ngy sau khi b tng, vn khun cnh s c tho d. Ngay sau dm li c ph bng lp vi m hoc bng vt liu thch hp khc. Xem minh ho trn hnh v 7.2.9 (1). Trong iu kin ma ng, gim thi gian b tng t cng m bo cng ko, phng php bo v bng hi nc s c p dng theo Tiu chun k thut chung iu S10.03(3)(d) nh trnh by trn hnh 7.2.9(2).

Vic d b vn khun s c tin hnh cn thn trnh gy h hi hoc lm hng b mt b tng v cc thp ch. Trong trng hp dm c tp kt trong mt thi gian di sau khi c, b mt ca thp ch dm ngang v bn mt cu s c qut xi mng trnh b n mn v g.

Sau khi d b vn khun, b mt ca b tng ni thi cng dm ngang s c x l to nhm nh mi ni thi cng.

II. Cng ko thng sut ko s c kim sot thng qua h s ma st ca ng Gen DL. Cc thng s cn thit dng kim sot ng sut l h s ma st v m un n hi biu kin ca cp (Ep). c c cc gi tr h s ma st v m un n hi biu kin ca cp DL, ko th s c tin hnh trn dm u tin. Vic ko th s c tin hnh i vi c 3 b cp trn dm. Cc bc tin hnh ko th nh sau:(1)Lp t neo v kch.Neo s c lp nhng khng lp nm. Kch c lp c hai u dm. Mt u (gi l kch A) dng cng ko, u kia (gi l kch B) khng dng cng. Kch B c t c nh v kho van thu lc. Trc khi cng, ko vi ln kch ca kch B s to iu kin tho kch d dng sau khi cng ko. Xem minh ho cch t tn kch trn hnh 7.2.11.

(2)Trc khi cng koD ng lc trong cp s t ti 5Mpa (50bar) nh ko kch A. nh du v o dn di trn cp cui kch A. ng thi nh du v o rt ngn ca cp cui kch B.

III. Xy dng ton kim sot ng sut cng koTon kim sot ng sut cng ko s c xy dng t h s ma st () v mun n hi biu kin (Ep) m hai gi tr ny thu c qua cng tc ko thTon kim sot ng sut cng ko s c trnh v ch K s t vn ph duyt trc khi tin hnh cng tc cng ko.IV. Cng ko chnh thc d ng lc cho dm ITrnh t ca cng tc cng ko DL chnh thc c th hin nh sau: (Xem hnh 7.2.12)

Trc khi lp neo, b mt ca phu neo s c v sinh ht cc va b tng dnh vo trnh gy ra cc khe h gia phu neo v neo. Neo c c nh bng cc nm nh th hin trong Hnh 7.2.14. Trc khi lp neo v nm th mt ngoi ca nm hoc mt trong ca l nm trn neo s c bi m m bo nm c sit vo neo mt cch m thun trong qu trnh cng ko.

Kim sot theo nhm c mc ch nh gi iu kin cng ko thng qua thng s v da trn lch tiu chun () ca (phng php 2) trnh nhng h hi trong mi ln cng ko. iu ny c xem nh l khng c h hi g trong qu trnh cng ko DL trn mi dm thm tr ng kim sot theo nhm vt qu gii hn.V vy, vic nh gi cng tc cng ko theo biu kim sot nhm c trnh by nh sau: Trng hp m cc im trn biu nm trong phm vi gii hn cho php l trng hp thng thng. Dng giy k ly gn cht vo cc v tr u dm, gia dm v 1/4 dm (5 im).

Dng my thu bnh ngm cao c nh trn giy k ly ti cc im theo di vng ca dm trong qu trnh cng ko.

(8) Theo di chuyn v ngang ca dm. Khi chun b cng ko ta xc nh tim dc dm bng my kinh v v nh du ti 3 im gia dm v hai u dm. C nh my kinh v li chc chn.

Trong sut qu trnh cng ko sau mi b thp, u phi kim tra v tr tim dc dm v xc nh sai s v v tr so vi mc ban u (nu c).

(9) Ct cp neo. Sau khi kt qu cng ko c K s t vn chp thun, s tin hnh ct cp neo. Neo sau khi cp phi m bo cn tha t nht l 3cm nh th hin trn hnh 7.2.20.

S t chc di chuyn dm I DL c nh km trong ph lc 8iu c bit ch l trong khi kch phi kim tra s cn bng c 2 bn ca dm, s n nh ca khi nng v ca c dm. Khng ai c php ng 2 bn dm trong qu trnh di chuyn. Sc ko ca xe y phi t t vi tc nh nhau 2 u dm.

Sau khi vic di chuyn hon thnh, s n nh ca dm v iu kin lm vic ca gi ta tm phi c kim tra rt cn thn.

7.2(12)X l u dm I DL Vic chn kht cho v tr neo ca cp ng sut trc c thc hin bi b tng ti ch trc khi bm va vo ng gen. B mt tip xc vi b tng ti ch u dm c x l bng nh nh mi ni thi cng. iu kin lm vic ca thit b neo nh l neo brocks, tao cp v nm phi c kim tra cn thn. Nu bn hoc c g, chng phi c lm sch.

Trc khi lp vn khun u dm I DL, vi bm va vi ct nha PVC chuyn i s c lp chnh xc nh hnh v 7.2.21. Ct nha PVC ny c bt vt vo l ren (ng knh.3/4) trn thit b neo.V u khuu vung gc ca ct c ni vi vi bm theo chiu thng ng. Vi bm c ni cht vi ct PVC bng dy thp. Vi bm c c nh vo thanh thp trn nh ca dm gi vi thng trnh b un gy tc vi.

3.Trn va

Mi m trn thc t s theo s chp thun t l trn.

Qui trnh trn nh sau 1. Nc + Sikament R4 2. Xi mng 3. Intraplast Z (trn trong 4 pht)

Sau khi trn xong, va s c a qua mng lc vi mt mng ln nht l 1.2mm trc khi a vo bm. Sau khi trn, th nghim ti hin trng s c tin hnh nh bng 7.2.3.

Va s c bm qua ng v chy lin tc qua ca x u tin sau khi qua ca thu, cho n khi khng cn s hin din ca nc hay khng kh m ch cn va c phun ra, ti thi im ny ca x s c ng. p lc bm ti ca thu s khng vt qu 1.0 MPa.

Sau khi ng ca x, p lc 0.5 MPa s c duy tr trong vng mt pht. Sau khi duy tr p lc trong vng mt pht, p lc bm ca ca thu s c gim i v iu kin ca va ti ng thu s c xc nh va c chy ngc hay b gim p khng .

Sau giai on trn, p lc s li c tng ln n 0.5 MPa. V ca thu s c ng li. (p lc 0.5MPa gim p p lc 0.5MPa ng ca x)

Vic ng ca x v ca thu s c tin hnh bng vic o kho cht v kt cht ca vi bm. Sau khi bm va xong, ng bm va s c duy tr theo chiu thng ng nh hnh 7.2.24. Chiu di ca on vi bm l trn mt b tng ln hn 1m, trong 1 ngy. Trong trng hp bm va b gin on do c s c v my mc hoc cc l do khc trc khi hon thnh, tt c ch va c bm s c x ra ngoi ng bng nc c bm t my bm hoc bng cc thit b thch hp khc ngay lp tc.

8. Qun l cht lng

Ton b quy trnh s c k s chuyn trch kim tra k lng thc hin. Qun l cht lng cn c tin hnh theo bin php thi cng v cc tiu chun c th p dng khc. Mi dm I DL s c nh du duy nht v vnh cu th hin tn ca dm (s dm) v ngy c.Dung sai i vi cc kt cu b tngNi chung, dung sai ca cc kt cu b tng s c tun theo iu SS.10 ca Tiu chun k thut c bit. Tuy nhin, iu ny cn tu thuc vo thay i theo ch o ca K s. Dung sai i vi cc kt cu b tng nh sau sau khi hon thnh cng vic s khng c vt qu.
