Optimising practical application
Relate training to experience
Each time an opportunity to practice arises, the platform invites the learner to focus on one of the particular skills learnt in training and encourages him / her to put it into practice.
Track progress
At the end of each practical application session, the student is invited to fill in a short evaluation questionnaire (3 minutes maximum) summarising the practical session. In this way, the learner can identify strengths and weaknesses and measure progress.
Share experiences in forum
The learner can share experiences and achievements with the group, trainer, manager or tutor and also discuss the difficulties encountered
Define an individual action plan
The process can be tailored to respond to individual needs and requirements
A powerful monitoring tool
Monitor and encourage individual progress
The evaluation questionnaire enables the trainer (or mentor) to monitor in real time the potential difficulties that each learner may encounter during the practical application session.
Adapt to collective needs
The trainer can assess the overall level of application and assimilation. He can identify the common trends or obstacles within the group and adapt the content of the training course accordingly.
Continue 2.0. sharing
An online forum enables the trainer to communicate with learners and share ideas and information with them.
Adapt the training programme
After the on-site training, the trainer can adapt the content of the Action Tips sent to the learners according to the best practices defined by the group.
A tool dedicated to line managers
Facilitate and encourage managerial involvement
The training program is broken down into “Good practices” making it more accessible to managers and increasing their level of involvement
Measure tangible results
The platform makes it possible to track the actual use of the skills taught in training, hence facilitating the evaluation of internal KPI and ROI (individual and collective)
Share managerial expertise
A dedicated tool makes it easier for Managers to support the members of their team; this facilitates sharing and interaction during the evaluation phase
Monitoring skills acquisition
The manager can assess and validate individual progress on a common skills repository.
