Potosi Light (ABV 4.5%) A light style lager beer.

Tent/Brewer #4 .................................................. New Belgium Brewing (Fort Collins, CO)

Pumpkick (ABV 6.0%) unexpected kick of cranberry juice to brighten this traditionally spiced seasonal ale. Pumpkick is brewed with plenty of pumpkin juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice, but it’s the cranberries and touch of lemongrass that send your taste buds sailing.

Citradelic (ABV 6.0%) set adrift on a kaleidoscopic wave of hoppiness brought to you by a mystical marriage of Citra hops and tangerine peel, which elevates each sip onto a plane of pure tropical, fruity pleasure. Citradelic’s namesake hop and fruit combine to jam with visions of additional hops like citrusy Mandarina Bavaria, tropical Azzaca, and fruity Galaxy for a colorful explosion that’s grounded by just a touch of malty sweetness.

La Folie (ABV 7.0%) This wood-aged, sour brown beer spends one to three years in big, oak barrels, known as foeders. And when the beer finally hits the glass, La Folie is sharp and sour, full of green apple, cherry, and plum-skin notes. Pouring a deep mahogany, the mouthfeel will get you puckering while the smooth fin-ish will get you smiling.

Tart Lychee (ABV 7.5%) Tart Lychee is brewed with exotic lychee fruit and cinnamon, and then blended with sour Felix from our wood cellar for a citrusy, tropical sip that attacks with an invigorating tart bite. Explore the tropics, but brace for the wild.

Tent/Brewer #6 .......................................................... One Barrel Brewing (Madison, WI)

Commuter Kolsch (ABV 4.8%) This is very true to the style that originated in Koln (Cologne), Germany. Our Kolsch is unfiltered and cold-conditioned. The result is a beer that is clean and refreshing, with a crisp finish. It is agreeable without being boring; the beer lover’s session ale.

Penquin Pale Ale (ABV 5.7%) A good example of the American twist on the English classic. It is more of a deep copper than pale gold, as is common for the style, and has a unique malt profile due in large part to the addition of 20% American Wheat Malt. A strong American hop structure provides an enticing aroma of tangerine and grapefruit and a smooth finish

Banjo Cat (ABV 6.2%) This beer is black in color but very smooth and does not have a bitter malt flavor found in many stouts and porters. It is aggressively hopped, including a dry hop addition that gives Banjo Cat a strong citrus aroma and vibrant flavor resulting in a well-balanced black ale.

Tent/Brewer #7 ............................................... Furthermore Beer (Black River Falls, WI)

Fatty Boombalatty (ABV 7.2%) “A big, fatty boombalatty” version of a Belgian white. And away we went, taking a recipe for a white beer and ramping up the grain bill by 50%; we dropped the amount of wheat by 75% to keep the beer rough around the edges. We bucked tradition by steering the bitterness in the direction of a pale ale, and coupling hops with coriander in the fermenter. The resulting beer gives you all the bubblegum goodness of a big Belgian, with enough crispness to cut through the sweet profile, thus making you want to sip it again and again.

Tent/Brewer #8 .......................................................... Goose Island Brewery (Chicago, IL)

Sofie (ABV 6.5%) A sparkling Belgian Style Farmhouse Ale is wine barrel-aged with an abundance of hand-zested orange peel. Spicy white pepper notes contrast the citrus tartness. The light, refreshing, creamy vanilla finish will excite those fond of Champagne.

Matilda (ABV 7.0%) Inspired by great Trappist ales, our complex Belgian Style Pale Ale is fermented with the wild yeast Brettanomyces. Pours a golden sunrise color with dried fruit and clove aromas, a spicy yeast flavor, and a satisfying dry finish.

Lolita (ABV 8.7%) Lolita is a pink rose colored Belgian style pale ale fermented with wild yeast and aged on raspberries in wine barrels. Aromas of fresh raspberries, bright jammy fruit flavors and crisp, refreshing body make Lolita ideal for beer drinkers fond of Belgian Framboise.

Halia (ABV 7.5%) Farmhouse ale aged in wine barrels with whole peaches, resulting in bright, effervescent fruit notes in a soft, hazy body that finishes slightly tart and sweet with the pleasant character of ripe, juicy peaches.

Gillian (ABV 9.5%) Inspired by an amuse bouche often prepared by the wife of one of our brewers, Gillian brings white pepper, strawberry, and honey to a harmonious blend. Partially aged in wine barrels, this Belgian style farmhouse ale is slightly tart and pleasantly sweet in a refreshingly effervescent body.

Tent/Brewer #9 ....................................... Fox River Brewing Co. (Appleton/Oshkosh, WI)

2 Dams (ABV 4.75%) An unfiltered blonde ale, golden straw in color with a slight haze and fluffy white head of foam. This crisp session ale is balanced for accesible flavor and drink-ability with a light malt flavor and gentle American hop aroma.

Marble Eye (ABV 6.2%) A malt forward ale with a deep amber color. Specialties malts deliver flavors of caramel, toffee, toasted, and a touch of chocolate and roast. Hop levels are low with a faint bitterness and mild floral aroma. Medium to medium-full bodied

Reel It In (ABV 4.3%) Bold character of hops shining from the aroma through the finish. Light golden colored with a slight haze and a fluffy white foam. Bright citrus hop aromas invite into a medium-light bodied ale balanced with a crisp hop flavor.

Tent/Brewer #10 .......................................................... Epic Brewing (Salt Lake City, UT)

Tart N Juicy (ABV 4.5%) We’ve combined the clean, puckering tartness of kettle souring with an abundance of juicy, citrus-driven hops to create a beer that’s the best of both worlds.

Elder Brett (ABV 9.0%) Epic Brewing Company’s latest barrel-aged beer brings something new—wild yeast. Brewmasters spent several weeks working on the recipe and selecting the proper Brett strains and barrels for the beer to morph from a golden Saison into a Saison-Brett Golden Ale.

Lil Brainless Raspberries (ABV 5.2%) crafted especially for those who seek bright, fresh, and real raspberry flavors in a convenient size. We brew exclusively with natural raspberry puree, which give this beer its unique pink color as well as hints of raspberry bubble-gum, sweet fruit jam, and a pleasant dryness

Escape to CO (ABV 6.2%) One sip and you’ll get the gist. This special hop-forward ale featuring Mosaic and whole leaf Apollo is both fruity and dank. We hope you enjoy our hoppy twist on the taste of freedom.

Big Bad Baptist (ABV 11.8%) One Big Bad Imperial Stout with Cocoa nibs and Coffee beans. Each season’s release uses a different dark roasted coffee.

Tent/Brewer #11 ...................................................... Tall Grass Brewing (Manhattan, KS)

Tent/Brewer #12 ....................................................... O’so Brewing Company (Plover, WI)

Infectious Groove (ABV 4.8%) Extremely pale yellow in color, Infectious Groove is everything your customers loved about our Berliner Weisse with a bit more bang for their buck. Refreshingly tart acidity would be an understatement, and a light mouthfeel that finishes dry, begging you to drink more greets you at the end of every sip. This is the first sour commercially available year round in Wisconsin at standard pricing.

Sweet Lady Stout (ABV 5.7%) Our Sweet Lady Milk Stout is a sweet stout brewed with loads of roasted and chocolate malts that dominate the flavor profile with strong chocolate and coffee notes. A heaping helping of milk sugar melds these flavors together in harmony and gives this beer a rich, smooth, creamy mouth-feel that everyone will enjoy.

O-Fest (ABV 5.8%) Get out your lederhosen and grab your favorite stein, it’s O-toberfest time! Our take on the classic German Märzen lager is copper-red in color with insistent foam lacing. The aroma of toasty caramel and rich malt is indicative of the O’so malty flavors to come. Initially sweet on the tongue with caramel bready vienna malted goodness, toasty dry biscuit and rich munich malt follow to a finish that is moderately dry on the palate with seemingly ever-present rich malt flavor lingering on the tongue. Prost!

Dominator (ABV 8.5%) This beer is a huge malty doppelbock dubbed the Hoppelbock because of its strong noble hop finish. This limited release beast makes itself known around the middle of February, well into Wisconsin’s wicked winter, when a Big bock beer such as this sounds super tasty!

Booyah Apricot (ABV 6.5%) A farmhouse ale, which means it’s a kitchen sink type of recipe, so there are no rules when it comes to grain bill, hops or yeast. When it comes to grain, just name it, barley, oats, wheat, rye and corn. The rye malt and oats produce a really earthy smell in the mash. For this ale we use a specific saison ale strain. This yeast has been cultured to produce a lot of fruity and spicy esters.

Tent/Brewer #22 .............................................................. Fulton Beer (Minneapolis, MN)

Batch 300 (ABV 6.9%) Built on a base of Pilsner malt and heavily hopped with Mosaic, one of our favorite -- and unfortunately nearly impossible to procure -- hop varieties. At 74 IBU and 7% ABV, 300 is pure hop candy.

Lonely Blonde (ABV 4.8%) Wears a delicate fragrance of German noble hops, and slips a touch of white wheat between American pale and crystal malts for a smooth, sensuous body, fair complexion, and a pleasantly lacy white head. Crisp carbonation slinks the Lonely Blonde quickly away, and you’re left with nothing but a slight lingering sweetness.

Tent/Brewer #20 ................................................. Three Sheeps Brewing (Sheboygan, WI)

Really Cool Waterslides (ABV 6.2%) A smooth malt profile lets the hops do the talking. We combine three hop varieties over a ninety minute boil in three separate additions. To finish it off, we dry hop the bejeebers out of it, resulting in a robust and tantalizing aroma.

Nitro Cashmere Hammer (ABV 6.5%) Started with rye and piled it on, ensuring it would play first fiddle. The rest of the ingredients – the base, dark, and caramel malts, along with Czech Saaz hops – were selected for their ability to highlight the rye and play off its boldness.
