Guarantees A final guarantee of your anticipated number of guests is due to the Club seven (10) business days prior to the banquet function. This guarantee may not be reduced.

Service Charges A twenty (20%) percent service charge and applicable state tax (8.0%) will be added to all food and beverage charges. Please note that service charge is taxable by California state law. Menu prices are subject to market

fluctuation.

Deposits A non refundable deposit, which is applied to your food and beverage total, is required to reserve your date. The amount of the deposit is equal to 25% of the estimated event total. 100% of the final estimated balance is due 10 days prior to the event date.

Buffet Minimums Each menu has a minimum number of persons required. The Club reserves the right to charge an additional

fee for menus that fall below the minimum guarantee.

Small Plate Stations Receptions with food stations require a minimum of three (3) stations. Receptions are on a flow basis with

silverware and 7” plates at each station. Tables will not be set with silver or glassware. Reception events will be set for sixty (60%) percent seating with a server ratio of 1 per 20.

Plated Dinners Host must provide entrée counts (10) days prior to the event and have a means for our staff to identify each meal selections.

Decorations We include house centerpieces, three to five votive candles per table. We can also provide you with table

number stands. Items may only be affixed to the wall with prior approval by the Events Sales Department. Glitter, Confetti, Rice and Birdseed of any kind are not permitted. Client must take all decorations and

personal belongings at the conclusion of the event. Lomas Santa Fe is not responsible for items left at the club. Reminder: Fireworks, including sparklers and sky lanterns, are illegal in San Diego.

Liability Lomas Santa Fe is not responsible for any damage or loss to any merchandise, valuables, or articles belonging to the host or their guests located on the Club property prior to, during, or after the function. The host is

responsible for any damages incurred at the Club, including those involving use of an independent contractor arranged by the host or their representative.

Food and Beverage Enclosed is a list of possible menu selections. Our Executive Chef is more than happy to work with specialty menus, and anything you may envision for your event. We can accommodate gluten free, vegan and

vegetarian options as well. Once you choose to have a bar at your event, you are welcome to stop hosted consumption at any given time but the bar must remain open for the duration of the event. If you are

bringing in your own wine (with a corkage fee) you are welcome to have these wines served at the bar as long as cocktails are available for purchase or being billed on consumption.
