- All Food and Beverage must be purchased from our facility. No food or alcoholicbeveragesmaybe removed from thebanquet facility.An18%service feeand sales taxwillbeaddedtoallfoodandbeveragechargesonthefinalbill.
- TheIowaLiquorCommissionregulatesthesalesandserviceofalcoholicbeveragesatourfacilities.Our staffmustserveall alcoholicbeveragesandwe reserve the right to refuseservicetoanyguestatanytime.
- C Corporation reserves the right to remove any outside beverages and the partyresponsibleforbringingthebeverage(s)intothefacility.
