• 2 designed tracks for 2 types of audiences: • For the general public, an incentive mechanism had been set up to encourage

visitors to actively understand and amplify IBM’s brand image and IBM’s Big Data capability through posting photos and comments on Weibo. They could receive a gift from doing so.

• For those who have specific business needs for Big Data and Analytics, there were 12 telephones capable of direct, real-time communication with IBMer and IBM BP. Also on-site staff took records of their information for LDR follow-up.

• Both types of audiences’ data are captured, and become earned assets that can be leveraged in our post-event communication.
