appearing to MrZahid.So alayyub Trust Shifted him to shifa international Hospital Islamabad .This patient is admitted in Shifa

Mr. Ajamal Khan Age 24 Deer Swat pk.He was working as a labour. Accidently he burn 60%.AWT Shifted to the Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi With the volunteer of Mr Yousaf Pathan .MinhajJ Foundation donate ambulance for shift the patient. It is Very Much that said patient lost his life after 20 days in hospital.

Our This Daughter belong to very furlong area of Distt Hawali.She is suffering '

suffering from Unknown diseases

Audit Report• Al-Ayyub arranged its annual audit for the period of

2004-05, 2005-06, and 2006-07 through Zafar and Company Chartered Associates. Audit of 2007-08 -09is in process.

Highly Required Future Projects

• A full air conditioned comfortable ambulance to shift patients in emergency to Rawalpindi/ Islamabad

• Hepatitis C vaccine for 250 registred patients with trust.(Vaccine for one patients costs approximatly 45,000)

• Dylasis Kits and injections for kidney dylasis deserving patients

• Construction of Al-Ayyub complex(dispensary, old people house,youth skill development center, mentally retarted people, mosque)
