This is probably the one that I hear most often. How can I take the time to train and teach them? They will never do it just like I can.With free screen capture tools like screencast-o-matic, you can record your screen and voice so that they can document and copy EXACTLY what you do. I take it to an extreme though. I also use skypes video message function and take videos of me on the go explaining exactly what I want or what we need as Im driving or as it hits me. Video histories that can be pored over and refined.
