    Issue identified with users being on different Excel versions. Forms redesigned in Excel 97-2003 so all compatible

    Support provided to a few testers on how the form works but most required no additional support to the guidance notes on the form

    Added macros and VBA to forms to further enhance the user experience; passed testing and given green light for go live

    Introduced a new overtime sheet for submission by the business resulted in huge savings for the Payroll team
