Conclusions

• Acceleration-differences between GRACE satellites are full of information about surface forces (atmosphere)

• Thruster pulses complicate interpretation of acceleration-differences• can be modeled and subtracted for atmosphere

sciences

• should not be removed for orbit computation

• are not responsible for systematics in residuals
