Process of AMS:

The process of AMS will be in a way that a website will be set in. The website will be a basically job advertisement website where different jobs from different organization will be posted. The website will have the options for registration. The registration will be of two types i.e. one for the employers that will be the different firms and one will be for the job seekers. The firms who get registered will be able to post the available jobs on the website will relevant details of the firm, job requirements, job description, qualifications, benefits etc. All the jobs will be categorized according to their fields for example accounts & finance job, HR job, IT job etc.

Firms will also be able to ask relevant job questions for the purpose of online interview in order to better screen the applicants. Resume upload option will be there so that the employer can see the resumes of the applicants who have applied for the job in their organization. The option of the CV formats will also be available for the organizations who wanted to get the information from the applicant they want. So they have the standardized CV forms from which they can screen and invite applicants.

On the other hand the job seekers can visit the website and to browse through different jobs they have to get register with the website with their related information which can help the employers screen different job seekers. This registration form will include information like full name, address, contact numbers, academic qualifications, professional experience, achievements, skills, references etc. After registration the job seekers account will be created through which he/ she can login and browse through different jobs. They will be able to apply for relevant jobs and will not be able to apply for jobs for which they cannot fulfill the requirements. The screening will be done through matching job description given by the employer which will include job experience, academic qualifications, salary ranges, working

locations, core skills etc with the similar information provided by the job seeker while registering himself with the website.

After their screening the employers can contact them through their emails, contact numbers or through address and can invite them for the interviews or tests. The website will only pass the information of the applicants to the employers who fulfill the job requirements set by them. This will benefit the organizations and the job seekers in following way:

Choose a job and location at which to apply Answer specific job related questions to determine qualifications Complete the employer's application and attach a resume Voluntarily provide data regarding race and gender for compliance reporting Provide information for background verification Complete testing and assessments for job fit

This will help organizations to capture the best available human capital which would help them achieve their mission and vision. They will be available to every job seeker 24x7 and also the website will be screening applicants all the time.

Explanation:

The above entity relationship diagram shows the complete recruitment process of an organization. In order to explain the above diagram we will start from the bottom box of the firm. Here one firm gives one job posting whenever the vacancy for any position arises. This one job posting will be at their one job portal i.e. their website.

Now that one website will send many emails to the candidates who have already registered with the website of that firm. After receiving the email many interested candidates will send many job applications for that one position.

When many applicants will apply for that one job many applications will be stored in the database. This database will then be used to screen out the applicants. Here the screening procedure will be same so one screening procedure will be used to screen out many applicants.

That one screening type will call many candidates for the interview. So number of interviews will take place. So we can say that many candidates have interviews, and the firm will conduct those many interviews.

After those interview the firm will issue one offer letter to the best candidate appeared in the interviews. That offer letter will then be sent to the selected candidate who then can decide whether to join that firm or not. If he does he will become an employee of the organization if he doesn’t the next best available candidate will then be offered with the job.

This entity relationship diagram shows the whole process of recruitment of the firm. This helps the firm to point out what are the qualities that are required from the candidate that can help the organization, because this diagram gives relationships of different entities which can help any organization to capture the desired human capital, which is very important for any organization to reach their desired mission, vision and goals.
