A. Recognizing

Topic: Action Words

General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to know

action words.

Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to define a

verb without looking at their notebook.

B. Recalling

Topic: Parts of a sentence

General Objectives: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to

understand the parts of a sentence.

Specific Objectives: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to label the

subject and predicate in a sentence by underlining it.

II. Comprehension

Grade Level: Grade 3

Subject: Science

Topic: Parts of the eye/The visual organ

A. Interpreting

General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to understand

the function of the eye.

Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to distinguish

the function of the eye by looking at the illustration on the chalkboard.

B. Exemplifying

General Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to take care

of their eyes.

Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to give at

least three (3) examples of ways on how to take care of our eyes.

the entire process of sight organ.

Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to summarize

the entire process of sight organ using the following words: iris, pupil, retina and

optic nerve.

General Objective: At the end 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to tell why a

person should not look at the sun for a longer period.

Specific Objective: At the end 45 minutes, the pupils will be able to defend why a

knowledge or observation.

difference between a pupil and an iris.

Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to

distinguish between meiosis and mitosis and how it is related to reproduction.

the battles won by the Israelites on their journey to the Promised Land.

Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able make a

the platforms of the President were implemented or not.

Specific Objective: At the end of 45 minutes, the students will be able to judge

the list of the President’s platform during the presidential election to see if those

platforms were implemented or not.
