“Ask Me About My Job” (Debbie’s style!) Set a timer or look at your watch and plan for for 3-5 minutes, and tell the guests to ask you anything they want to know about the Tupperware Career Opportunity. I personally say the following to start: “This is my favorite thing to do – Share this amazing opportunity in Tupperware! I really had no expectations when I started and in a very short time, I found great success, money & 6 months later – my first company car!! I haven’t looked back since! Now… I’m not crazy; I know this isn’t for everyone to do, but it’s certainly for everyone to try! I hope all of you ask something as the information that comes from this will be useful to someone, maybe not you, but for someone that you KNOW & love. So are we ready? Who wants more auction money?!” I hand out auction money for every single question asked. You could hand out tickets or a “Tupperware goody” for each question asked as an alternative. Whatever works for YOU! Then, hand out 3 x 5 cards, or a slip of colored paper and have them put their name, phone #, host name and date on it… or you can use the back of a Door Prize Coupons! After the time is up, tell them to number their paper 1 – 5 and ask the following questions: #1. Of all the answers that you heard about my job today, which one applied to you the most: #2. Please write: YES NO or MAYBE: Can you see yourself doing what I do with Tupperware? #3. Do you know someone that this could be perfect for? #4. What would be the one thing that might prevent you from trying Tupperware for 60 days? Now… If your answer is “nothing”, then write nothing. #5. On a scale of 1-10, 5 not being an option, (Ha ha!) what is your interest level? 1 meaning, no and 10 meaning, sign me up today! You are done! *You could do a drawing for something cute from the collected cards or give more auction money (tickets, goodies) for each one you get back!! ** Talk to everyone at the party. Do not exclude anyone… 1-4 means that they need more facts, 6-10 - go with his or her answer to #3 and work on him or her specifically on why they will not consider. 9 -10 means sign me up today! If you are new – give and discuss these with your Manager or Director! They will be happy to do a 3-way call with you or call them and recruit them for you! Consultants, let these people know that someone will be contacting them with more information if you are uncomfortable. Otherwise... Call everyone. Talk to everyone at the party! You will know the ones that are really interested. Hope this helps you - who are you recruiting today?

“Ask Me About My Job” (Debbie’s style!)

Set a timer or look at your watch and plan for for 3-5 minutes, and tell the guests to ask you anything they want to know about the Tupperware Career Opportunity.

After the time is up, tell them to number their paper 1 – 5 and ask the following questions:
