Investment Overview
• Operationally Focused Management Team – Currently evaluating opportunities in Gulf Coast– Strong track record of success
• Unique Opportunity to Consolidate and Extract Value– Underfunded, underdeveloped, often ignored older fields offer
tremendous value propositions– Structure in place to consolidate and operate a broader portfolio of
assets
• Looking for a partner to fund $50mm - $150mm– Use industry contacts and lifelong relationships to enhance deal flow
and acquire producing assets from other operators – Evaluate potential for low cost, high return workover/development
programs– Generate strong IRR and cash flow to distribute to partners and
opportunistically invest in additional assets
