    Our strength is that there is no official outlet of Apple Inc. in Pakistan so it will promote our business.

    Our weakness is that the products of Apple are expensive so its not appealing to price cautious people.

    As it is our new business so we need more financial projection. First we will

    decide which place will be most suitable for opening our international branch

    of Apple company. What cost will be needed in there construction and all

    other expenses. How much investment will be required the capacity of ourproduct, operational cost and the price in the market. All this is included in

    our financial data and projections. The financial data and projections require

    knowledge on accounting and finance. So we will hire our assistant who will

    b qualified because our entire plan depends upon this if he will know about it

    then we will b able to achieve our goal.

    Implementation Plan:

    As we have implemented our plan so now we will make some forward plans

    to advertise about our company. For this we will make websites and give

    advertisements in newspapers and other media sources. We will make

    publicity of our plan as soon as possible so that people are more likely to visit

    THE OUTLETS. And satisfy their needs according to their expectations. We

    will try to recognize our mistakes which can be harmful for our company in

    After implementation we must have to control all activities of our company in order to know

    that the direction of our plan will go towards right side. And either the goals we have set are

    In control we will monitor only managerial activities and results in order to get positive
