The Spiritual Autobiography is an important part of the admission’s process of Apex School of Theology. It is
a statement of the student’s salvation experience, growth in character as a believer in Christ, their call to
ministry, current ministry for the Lord and how they intend to use a degree from Apex School of Theology. The
institution places a great deal of significance to this document written in the potential student’s own words.
Expectations:
1. The Spiritual Autobiography must be typed.
2. Each of the areas of the Spiritual Autobiography must have a header above them. It must be a paragraph
that consists of at least four sentences.

You can complete this form at www.fafsa.ed.gov. School code for Apex School of Theology is 035134. To register for a Title IV Student Loan, you will need to log into www.studentloans.gov. You must complete the Entrance Counseling section along with the Loan Request section. After the Entrance Counseling, you must complete signature/date requirement. Print the completed signed/dated Confirmation Page to retain in your records. Following the Entrance Counseling Section, you will be presented with the Loan Section. Select Stafford Loans. Do not select the Parent loan or Plus loan. After completing the required fields of the loan section, you will be asked to electronically sign your MPN (Master Promissory Note). You will also be instructed to print your MPN. After you have been advised that you have been accepted as a student to Apex School of Theology, you must submit, to the Financial Aid Office, a completed copy of your Confirmation Page for the Entrance Counseling and a completed copy of the first page of your Master Promissory Note. Please note that no loan will be processed through Apex School of Theology without these two forms being made a part of your Financial Aid File. The PIN that you use to complete your FAFSA will be the PIN required to sign into Direct Loans to complete your Entrance Counseling and Loan request. the requirements for admission. The college follows an open admissions policy for those who meet the spiritual and
educational qualifications outlined. All applicants for admission to Apex School of Theology must show evidence of
Christian character and competent scholastic by providing a spiritual autobiography.
Spiritual Qualifications:
The student shall subscribe to, or not be antagonistic toward, the Statement of Faith as outlined in this catalog. Successful
applicants should also embody a Godly life and possess a teachable spirit.
Educational Qualifications:
A diploma from an accredited high school or GED is the standard educational requirement for admission to Apex School
of Theology.
Special Admissions:
When a student does not possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, the student must demonstrate the ability to benefit
from the educational programs offered by Apex School of Theology. Such student must achieve an acceptable score on an
independently administered test that gives an indication that the student may benefit from the training offered by the School.

Students are admitted to ASOT Divinity School without regards to gender, race, color age,
national or ethnic origin, provided they meet basic requirements for admission. All students
admitted have equal access to the rights, privilege, programs, activities and students aid afforded by ASOT Divinity and are governed without discrimination by the established
policies and procedures.
All degree requirements must be completed within seven years of the date of admission, except in special circumstances, which must be approved by the Academic Dean.
Categories of Admission:
➢ Regular Student – persons who are admitted into the degree program ➢ Non – degree Program – persons who are who are admitted as special students,
who are not seeking a degree, but are interested in taking a few courses for their
own interest.
Admission Policies:
ASOT accepts students as graduate degree candidates,
continuing education students, and non-matriculated
graduate students. Students who wish to enroll in the ASOT Graduate Program must provide an official
transcript from the school where they earned their Bachelor's Degree.
Students entering the Continuing Education program must
