Annual Dinner & Awards Banquet

The Rolesville Chamber of Commerce is hosting its Annual Dinner and Awards Banquet on March 22, 2018. The event will be held at the Mill Room located at 1839 S Main St, Wake Forest, NC 27587. This event draws key elected officials, prominent CEO’s, local business leaders. community supporters and advocates. As part of this event, each year we hold a silent auction and provide a souvenir booklet as a fundraiser for our Chamber. Funds raised will be used to support the operations and programs/activities of the chamber. We are now seeking event sponsors and silent auction donations.

Sponsorship is available at the Presenting Level and Gold Level. Presenting Sponsors will receive (1) reserved table, company name on front of program and full-page ad in souvenir booklet, recognition in chamber publications and website, recognition in all media outlets, company name on appropriate signage at event, recognition before and during event and an opportunity for CEO or company representative to welcome guests. Gold Sponsors will receive (1) reserved table; full-page ad in souvenir booklet and recognition during the event.

Advertisement is affordable and available to highlight and showcase yourself, business, company or program. This is an opportunity to continue the growth of your customer base. Advertising in our souvenir booklet will allow a way for your business to invest and support the local chamber of commerce.

Silent Auction Donations of any kind will be accepted. Please consider helping us with a product donation or service from your business. All donations are greatly appreciated. Your donation can be something as simple as a gift certificate to your business, a night on the town, or a weekend at your favorite resort. With these donations your company name and any additional information will be proudly displayed on a card with the donated item(s). A Chamber representative will be happy to arrange pick up of the item(s). For your records our non-profit tax ID number is 84-1689980.

It is our hope that every friend, business, and associate of the Rolesville Chamber will support this event. We ask that each of you purchase an advertisement in our souvenir booklet and at least two banquet tickets. The prices are listed below:
