After successfully completion of the above exercise (BASELINE NETWORK DESIGN) Project
coordinator will finalise the sampling location and allotment the work to TRA laboratory through
TRA/EIA/R05 document.
After that project coordinator will prepare baseline planning document coordinating with project
proponent. Project coordinator will inform to PP for basic arrangement i.e., number of car, local
manpower, and accommodation facilities required for monitoring team. Take prior approval from
the local villages identified in the baseline network design for air monitoring. Project coordinator
also informs to project proponent to make prior discussion with local sarpanch and talati for their
village need base assessment study. In addition to that also informed regarding basic requirements
of all Monitoring team (i.e. breakfast, lunch etc.)
DURING VISIT
After reach at the project site, first introduce our team to project proponent. Vice versa project
proponent will introduce their team. Once completion of introduction, project coordinator will
segregate the team according to pre desk study document as per prefixed requirement of
functional area (i.e., water sampling team, Air sampling, noise sampling, Soil sampling, Socio
Economy study, etc.)
Take photograph of the team and start work according to allotted functional area for Baseline data
collection.

All FAE will get informed by project coordinator to collect precise baseline data for better
understanding regarding site surrounding. It is also informed to collect the photographic evidence
for representing objects for specific functional area and observation must be put into respective
FAE field log book.
Once all the primary baseline data will be collected by respective functional area, FAA, FAE and
Project coordinator will planning for return at destination with fulfilling all necessary requirement
(i.e., ice, other sample preservatives etc.)
Water sample will be stored into the laboratory refrigerator with proper identification.
POST BASELINE VISIT
On the next day water sample from the laboratory will be sent to subcontracted laboratory (NABL
Accredited) for biological parameter analysis.
Project coordinator will collect evidence of the baseline data collection (i.e., photographs from
FAE) and save into the respective company folder for further data interpretation procedure.
Project coordinator will inform to FAE to provide quality checks of their primary data collection
and also ask to provide their report within stipulated time frame given into Bar chart.
