Il terremoto del 6 aprile 2009 ha trasformato il centro storico de L’Aquila in una città fantasma. Il progetto cerca di reintrodurre all’interno della mura cittadine le funzioni che da sempre sono l’anima della città, tra cui la vita universitaria.Dopo la demolizione di edifici resi inagibili dai danni strutturali, il progetto si inserisce nel vecchio borgo della città, ricostruendone la forma, ma creando nuovi appartamenti modulari per studenti.

The 6th of April 2009 earthquake made L’Aquila’s historical center uninhabited. The project tries to bring back within the city walls the activities that have always been the soul of the city, like university life. After the demolition of some buildings, rendered unfit for use by structural damages, the project fits in an old district, reconstructing its from, but creating new modular apartments for students.

Su specifica richiesta dell’ufficio tecnico urbanistico di Pesaro per la riqualificazione del bastione Miralfiore, il progetto si colloca nell’area dove oggi è presente l’ospedale San Salvatore. Essendo in progetto un nuovo polo ospedaliero in comune tra le città di Pesaro e Fano questa area sarà destinata ad un nuovo uso. Il programma funzionale prevede un museo in grado di accogliere esposizioni legate al teatro ed alla figura di Gioachino Rossini, la riqualificazione dell’antico Teatro Rossini, una città della musica e delle aree residenziali.Situato in una zona molto importante della città, l’area comprende i resti del bastione, il termine di piazza Lazzarini (una delle piazze principali di Pesaro), un parco pubblico ed è adiacente alla stazione ferroviaria. Il progetto urbanistico si basa su un asse centrale che attraversa l’intera area e collega il termine di piazza lazzarini con il parco pubblico lungo le mura storiche.Due auditorium sono accostati al Teatro Rossini, creando il lato mancante di piazza Lazzarini ed una città della musica in grado di accogliere i visitatori dell’evento annuale ROF (Rossini Opera Festival).Il museo Rossiniano è un architettura ipogea, scelta per poter ridare al bastione la sua antica conformazione a spazio verde pubblico. Le residenze occupano la fascia di transizione tra la città storica ed il museo, ed hanno una conformazione a corte aperta verso sud.

On a specific request of the technical planning of Pesaro for the redevelopment of the bastion Miralfiore, the project is located in the area where today there is the San Salvatore Hospital. As plans for a new large hospital center in common between the city of Pesaro and Fano this area will be put to a new use. The functional program includes a museum can fit theatrer exhibitions and object connected to the figure of Gioachino Rossini, the redevelopment of the old Teatro Rossini, a music park and residential areas.Located in a very important area of the city, the area includes the remains of the bastion, the end of the square Lazzarini (one of the main squares of Pesaro), a public park and is adjacent to the railway station. The project planning is based on a central axis that runs through the whole area and connects the end of the square Lazzarini with the public park along the historic walls.Two auditoriums are combined to Teatro Rossini, creating the missing side of square Lazzarini and a city of music able to welcome visitors for the annual ROF (Rossini Opera Festival).The Rossini Museum is an hypogeal architecture, choosing to give back to bastion its ancient conformation to public green space.The residences are the transition between the old town and the Museum, have a conformation open court shaped southward.

Tramite la progettazione del museo si vuole trasmettere il concetto di priorità dell’ambiente naturale circostante sulle nuove costruzioni.La definizione progettuale viene raggiunta tramite l’utilizzo di un’architettura ipogea applicata al tema museo.Si giuge a tale soluzione partendo dall’elemento base del parallelepipedo.Considerando la volontà di restituire il bastione alla città nella sua interezza, operando in analogia con l’unico altro bastione ancora esistente, il bastione degli Orti Giuli, si opera a favore di una totale permeabilità del complesso museale, permettendo l’attraversamento diretto di questo, dal nucleo urbano fino al perimetro murario.Per la medesima ragione, si opta per un impatto visivo che risulti contenuto.La risoluzione formale dell’architettura ipogea non risponde solamente ad una serie di esigenza, non è quindi un’architettura nata dalla sola funzione; viene creata anche a partire dal legame storico tra l’abitare e il terreno che da sempre ha pervaso i bastioni.

By designing the Museum wants to convey the concept of priority of the natural surroundings on new buildings.The design is achieved through the use of hypogeum architecture applied to Museum.This solution is starting from the basic element of the box.Considering the desire to return the bastion to the city in its entirety, in analogy with the only other surviving bastion, the bastion of “Orti Giuli”, in favour of a complete museum complex permeability, allowing direct crossing of this, from urban core to the perimeter wall.For the same reason, I opt for a Visual impact that is content.The formal resolution of hypogeum architecture not only responds to a series of demands, it is therefore not an architecture born out of single function; is also created from the historical link between the living and the land that has always pervaded the ramparts.

Ripercorrendo il percorso evolutivo di piazza Lazzarini si nota come l’abbattimento delle mura abbia apportato degli scompensi all’equilibrio di questa.In una prima fase la porta della città si pone come elemento di mediazione città-campagna, e fornisce un limite a piazza Lazzarini. Su questa piazza insisteva la chiesa dei padri Cappuccini; si configurava quindi come luogo di aggregazione.In un secondo momento si sostituisce alla chiesa dei Cappuccini l’ospedale comunale, il quale altera la naturale conformazione della piazza. Nel lato ovest, fuori le mura, ha inizio un primo flusso viario.Con la nascita della ferrovia, l’abbattimento delle mura e l’intensificarsi del flusso periferico, l’area diviene un punto critico della città. La ferrovia costituisce un’ostacolo al collegamento conl’entroterra mentre piazza Lazzarini perde la sua conclusione.Nasce l’idea di un trinomio di architetture con la stessa direzionalità ma con un impianto non rigido che non chiude fisicamente piazza Lazzarini, ma crea la percezione di ciò.Suggerisce una direzionalità da seguire che conduce all’ingresso del museo o in alternativa permette il ricongiungimento tra i due assi viari principali dell’area.Nello spazio di risulta tra questi e il museo sorge una piazzetta importante per la sua natura di fulcro tra le parti. Essendo piuttosto contenuta in dimensioni e delimitata da pochi elementi, opera in sincrono con piazza Lazzarini senza cercare una competizione.

Being rather limited in size and surrounded by a few items, work in sync with square Lazzarini without trying a competition.

Il lavoro ha riguardato la progettazione degli interni di una villa per una famiglia di quattro persone ancora in costruzione. La committenza ha richiesto uno stile classico con alcuni elementi moderni.

The work focused on the interior design of a villa for a family still under construction . The client required a classic style with some modern elements .

Progettazione della sede legale per la squadra automobilistica SMP Racing del campionato GTC Ferrari. In uno spazio di 190mq sono state progettate una hall di ingresso, un ufficio personale per Boris Rotenberg ed una sala riunioni.

Design of the head office for the team SMP Racing, competing in the championship GTC Ferrari. In a space of 190sqm has been designed an entrance hall, personal office for Mr. Boris Rotenberg and a meeting room.

Il lavoro ha riguardato la ristrutturazione e l’ampliamento di una villa esistente e la progettazione totale degli interni compreso gli arredi, alcuni dei quali disegnati e realizzati esclusivamente per questa villa. Lo stile adottato è classico con attenzione ai dettagli e l’utilizzo di materiali pregiati come marmi, stucchi e ori.

The work consisted in renovation and expansion of an existing villa and the total design of the interior including the furniture , some of which are designed and made exclusively for this villa . The style is classic with attention to detail and the use of fine materials such as marble, stucco and gold .

Il settore della cantieristica navale è stato duramente colpito dalla crisi: mentre i grandi arsenali sono in grave sofferenza, quelli medi o di piccole dimensioni hanno da tempo esaurito le proprie funzioni. Quale futuro immaginare per queste aree? Il tema del concorso consiste pensare al vecchio arsenale come luoghi ludico ricreativi, in grado di avvalersi del particolarissimo rapporto col mare e coi vettori di trasporto marittimo, per offrire a turisti e cittadini moderni centri per il benessere e l’intrattenimento.Quale che sia il significato che i concorrenti attribuiranno alla finalità “ludico-ricreativa e di pubblica relazione” -concetto che spazia dalla sala da ballo al giardino pubblico- YAC invita a porre l’accento sull’idea di temporalità e personalizzazione.

The shipbuilding industry has been hard hit by the crisis: while the large arsenals are in severe distress, the average small or have long since sold out their functions. Imagine what future for these areas? The theme of the competition is to think of the old arsenal as playful recreational places, able to avail of the special relationship with the sea and with Vectors Vessel, to provide tourists and citizens for the welfare of modern shopping and entertainment.Whatever the meaning that competitors will attach to the purpose of “fun and recreation and public relation”-concept ranging from ballroom to garden-YAC invites you to put emphasis on the idea of temporality and customization.

Il lavoro sito nell’area di Bellariva e focalizzato su piazzale Toscanini e comprende, oltre al rifacimento del lungomare, anche una proposta di progetto per il nuovo consorzio balneare 81-85b.

The project presented about the contest issued by the city of Rimini for the renewal of the waterfront . The project site in Bellariva and focused on the square Toscanini and includes, in addition to the renovation of waterfront , also a project proposal for the new consortium seaside 81-85b .n.
