2021: Additional $1,500 participation incentive for Merdeka Generation seniors who sign up for CareShield Life between 2021 and 2023. In total, MG seniors will receive $4,000 in participation incentives

- Additional MediShield Life premium subsidies, for life. Subsidies start from 5% of MediShield Life premiums and increase to 10% after 75 years of age
Additional subsidies for outpatient treatment, for life:- Special CHAS subsidies
for common illnesses, chronic conditions and selected dental procedures at CHAS GP and dental clinics
- A further 25% off subsidised bills at polyclinics and public specialist outpatient clinics
From September 2019:Singaporeans can apply for CHAS online at www.chas.sg for greater convenience

- Extended to cover all Singaporeans with chronic conditions - new CHAS Green tier provides up to $160 of annual subsidies for chronic conditions
- Existing Blue and Orange CHAS cardholders enjoy an additional of up to $20 in their annual complex chronic subsidies
- Orange cardholders will receive subsidies for common illnesses of up to $10 per visit
Expanding polyclinic network and capacity to strengthen primary care- By 2023: 6 new polyclinics in Bukit Panjang, Eunos,
Kallang, Khatib, Sembawang and Tampines North- By 2025: 2 new polyclinics in Serangoon and Tengah- By 2030: A total of 30 to 32 polyclinics in Singapore- Re-developed and improved Ang Mo Kio and Yishun
