Assesses the ability to comprehend written information. The assessment contains a series of single passages followed by questions (true/false/cannot say and multiple choice) which need to be answered based on the information presented.

Desktop • Keep essentials only on your desktop. Essentials are: computer, telephone, lamp, note paper
and your current project. • Make sure your telephone is easy to answer and comfortable to use when talking and taking
notes.
Supplies • Put supplies in a supply drawer in easy reach of your desk. • Consider a cabinet, closet, or container for bigger supplies like file folders, ring binders and
envelopes. • Group similar supplies together and label all containers.
Workspace • Keep your wastebasket within easy reach. Use one that is large enough for a week’s worth of
trash. Line it with a plastic bag.
