• The rebrand of Siemen’s European vehicle fleet, following takeover by Nokia

• We worked closely with the Nokia Siemens' design team to creatively apply and cost-effectively apply complex vehicle livery graphics across a wide variety of vehicles

• The set up of a bespoke online ordering system to ensure that local offices were able to order and manage vehicle livery kits or components seamlessly

• The integration of online ordering via the Nokia-Siemens intranet, offering efficiency with full trace-ability and tracking

Shell

Rebrand of forecourt retail stores and bathroom facilities

• Shell commissioned the refurbishment and installation of new branding solutions in the forecourt, within the retail stores and inside the bathroom facilities at 1,500 sites

• Brand management, project management, design and materials specifications were all handled centrally by Global Image Management

• The graphics production was handled locally, using our global network

• The program was rolled out on time and within budget, with an estimated cost saving of 10-15%

• For Shell it helped to improve customer brand experience

• The rebrand of 22 locations internationally

• Surveying, producing and installing the new logo on various touchpoints including ticket offices, self check-in kiosks, luggage measurers and totems.

• A central team was put in place to support Alitalia’s needs, advise them technically, and give them real time updates via our project management platform (GPP).

• The thorough and structured process of approvals, together with standardization ensured that all sites and locations were delivered on time and to the specifications idealized by Alitalia.

• Rebrand following a new brand strategy, bringing different companies under the single umbrella brand of PETRONAS

• Four year program of 2,500+ sites and dealerships

• Assessment, survey and rebrand of all locations

• Implementation strategy with phased approach. Categorization of each dealership with different level of branding solution for each category

• Flexiblity to allow for more bespoke solutions for the higher profile flagship sites

• In one year alone we produced and installed over 2,500m2 of vinyl!

• Workplace branding and wayfinding signage program at 30+ locations worldwide

• The adaptation of the central Brand Book in order to achieve brand consistency in all global markets

• Dior required a fast turnaround of their flagship store in Singapore

• A complete interior and exterior architectural branding solution was delivered in just 10 days, including full site survey and visual within just 24 hours

• We recommend suitable materials, produce and install their designs, both interior and exterior

• Solutions include way finding signage, wall graphics and wall lettering, always ensuring that the signage and material is in keeping with the building and location

FedEx

Fleet rebrand and sponsorship

• GLIMMA regularly work with FedEx whether it is the result of acquisition or event sponsorship

• In 2007 when they acquired ANC, a UK based logisiticscompany, GLIMMA managed everything from design to installation and future maintenance of more than 1,200 delivery diverse vehicles globally. This included small delivery vans to 13m logistics trailers.

• In the logistics industry, the fleet are the core of the business and offer the best opportunity for brand recognition through livery graphics and so it was important from a customer and employee perspective that the rebranding was as quick as possible.

• GLIMMA continues to support FedEx to raise their profile through updating their fleet graphics for key global sporting events, including ATP Tennis and the Rugby Heineken Cup.

• GLIMMA offers the convenient solution of removable graphics to keep the costs down for FedEx and also ensures the project is seamlessly organized so that it could be delivered within 3 short weeks

SNCF

Refurbishment of bathroom facilities

• SNCF identified that branded toilets would help to both reflect their brand more professionally and to help reduce vandalism

• We produced and installed full self-adhesive graphic-wrapped toilets in multiple designs, in a selection of rolling stock

• Since the makeover, vandalism has almost been eliminated from their toilet facilities

• With customer satisfaction and replacement costs down, the return on investment has been proven

• Two leading musculoskeletal healthcare companies, Zimmer and Biomet, merged in 2016

• We helped to implement their new branding globally

• Comprehensive site surveys of all sites to identify all interior and exterior signage requirements

• The production and installation of all new branding in line with brand guidlines, including a 20 meter long halo effect illuminated sign in the Netherlandsj, visible from miles around!

• This included illuminated signs, outdoor and indoor signage and flags and totems

• As luxury brand, Lexus aims to portray elegance and luxury at every part of the customer brand experience, including dealerships

• The manufacture and implementation of the wall graphics for 10 sites in the UK, Spain and Norway.

• The creation of graphics for windows and interiors, including 3D wallpaper.

• There are 30 more EMEA sites to come.

Volkswagen

Event graphics and signage

• Auto Shanghai in China is the must-attend event for the automotive industry in the Far East, attracting over 800,000 visitors annually.

• GLIMMA has helped Volkswagen over a number of years (VW) to create an innovative exhibition space for the company's annual Group Night.

• Volkswagen's Group Night is held just before the opening of the Show. Attended by senior representatives from VW's most important key partners and customers, VW presents the Group's latest product line-up.

• We work in close collaboration with their European design agency, assisting in the planning of products, materials specifications and the production.

• The work was co-ordinated by our Asia and Germany offices.

Dealership architectural rebranding

• With responsibility handed to us for the large-scale window graphics at all locations, we worked hand in hand with Ford of Europe, Imagination and 3M, to recommend a solution that provides high visual impact and could deliver the desired look across more than 350 Ford showrooms across 20+ European countries

• Drawing on our experience and technical expertise, 3M Clearview was specified for the graphics to provide a high quality and durable solution that offers both economic and environmental savings in the short to long term.

• With a wide variety of dealerships across multiple countries, GLIMMA’s structure perfectly matched Ford’s need for both local on-the-ground support and global brand consistency.

Refurbishment of concept stores

• GLIMMA worked with them on a number of concept stores, 'Yellow Shop' to test whether agents with stronger branding were more successful than unbranded or lightly branded locations.

• GLIMMA helped to develop a set of comprehensive guidelines to ensure consistency, yet flexible enough to accommodate many different applications across a wide variety of agents.

• The brand programme consisted of 50 Western Union agents, across 16 countries and four continents

• The enhanced branding internally and externally has increased footfall and provided a significant ROI. It is now being introduced worldwide, including New York, Hong Kong, Sydney, Nigeria and Dubai.

Moscow Jewelry Factory

Full corporate rebrand

• Moscow Jewelry Factory (MJF) wanted to create a new modular retail concept which can be scaled to fit any sized space.

• GLIMMA designed and implemented the concept in two of Moscow’s top shopping malls - Metropolis and AFIMALL. It will be rolled out at all future stores.

• Central to success was an in-depth knowledge of their brand proposition and how this is reflected across their product ranges.

• The design concept considers every aspect, from lighting, fittings and handpicked furniture. It also incorporates a high level of digital interaction, with high quality video used to actively engage visitors.

Refurbishment of bathroom facilities at European service stations

• Pilot program to upgrade bathroom facilities, following market research which showed that they are the second most important reason why customers to choose a particular service station.

• The refurbishment of bathrooms at 11 sites across Europe.

• Project management, production and installation of vibrant large scale vibrant graphics to reflect brand values and to enhance the environment.

• A customer survey indicated that 62% of visitors would visit a BP service station more often.

• Pearson is a world leader in learning, providing education products and services globally.

• As part of being a monolithic brand, the businesses that focus specifically on learning have come together as one business unit with a singular brand identity, Pearson English.

• We provided consultancy on the implementation, as well as project managing the rebrand and the implementation of the rollout across multiple brand touchpoints globally.

• From online and physical environments to marketing materials, the comprehensive rebrand includes: print collateral, video, posters, their corporate website and all their digital learning products.
