Our facility has an Enhanced Assisted Living License which

enables us to care for those who may not yet require nursing home care, yet whose needs

exceed traditional Assisted Living programs. We successfully bridge the gap between Assisted

Living Care and a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Our enhanced level of care allows your loved one to “ Age in Place.” They can move into our facility needing a minimal amount of

assistance and remain even as their needs change. Our enhanced license allows us to

assist the resident in many more ways than average assisted living facilities.

We encourage continued independence through a tailored plan of individual wellness and personal care. Team members are available 24-hours a day for help with bathing, dressing, medication reminders or other activities. Sutton Gardens’ Assisted Living is a comforting, resident-centered facility.

At Sutton Gardens, assisted living is about more than providing assistance: it’s about empowering older adults to remain independent and connected. With the support of a trained, 24-hour staff, Sutton Gardens assisted living residents enjoy an active lifestyle with the freedom to spend time as they please, all while benefiting from a broad array of services and amenities.

AssistedLIVING

Our Enhanced Assisted Living Residence (EALR) license allows us to provide residents with more care services than a traditional assisted living facility. Our expanded services allow your loved one to stay in our assisted living facility and avoid having to relocate or live in a nursing home. These services include:

• Physical, occupational and speech therapy

• Assistance with ambulation, including residents who are wheel chair bound.

• Medical equipment assistance, including oxygen concentrator

• Help with eye drops, wound care, injections, catheter and colostomy care

• Assistance with feeding

• Diabetic care

Sutton Gardens Senior Living is a delightful place to call home. The warm environment and services we offer also make our communities a good option for seniors who want to give their normal caregivers a break, recover after surgery or other medical issues, or test the waters of senior living.

During their stay, Sutton Gardens’ Retreat guests enjoy the same services, amenities and support as residents, while benefiting from a relaxing, stress-free environment.

Short-TermSTAYS

Sutton Gardens’ care is backed by industry-leading quality standards, with options that can be customized to individual needs. Each resident will receive an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) to ensure they receiveappropriate care thorough assessment of their physical, emotional and functional status upon admission and every six months to ensure levels are always addressed individually as needs change. We have a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on-site to maintain the highest level of care.

Hospice care services are available with professional caretakers who specialize in supporting the unique emotional and physical needs of seniors on hospice with dignity and compassion. We also assist with coordinating hospice care and we offer ongoing emotional support and practical guidance for navigating this emotional phase of life with your loved one.
