1. To expose the students to the latest provisions of Income Tax Act and the corporate tax laws of India.
2. To identify the Tax Planning and Assessment Procedures for Individuals, Firms and Companies.
3. Understanding the corporate tax laws and use it for tax planning is the basic objective of the course.
4. The course is designed so that the students are aware of what business income is and when it gets taxed.
5. The course also provides students with knowledge the difference between tax avoidance and tax planning.
