• Book your favorite stylists, doctors or diagnostic centers.

• Booking slots available as per your convenience.

• Keep record of previous bookings.

• Navigation feature to let you track the fastest route.

Ziffi App: How to Download?

• Download the New Ziffi App from Google Play Store.

Click "Download the Ziffi App"

Welcome Screen• Once you open the App, you’ll

land on Welcome screen for a While. Then you’ll get redirected to Login Screen.

Login Screen• On login screen existing users

can enter their login details and use the app instantly.

• New users need to click on the “Sign Up Now” link to register with Ziffi.

Enter Sign Up Details• In the Sign Up Screen, new

users need to enter.

• Name

• Contact Number

• Email Id

• Password

• Re-enter Password

Verify the Entered Details• On this Screen you need to

VERIFY the entered details and click Verify.

• An OTP code will be sent to your Email ID & Mobile Phone.

Enter OTP & Verify• Here you need to enter the

OTP received on your Email/Phone.

• If you don’t receive the OTP in 15 minutes, you can request for new OTP by clicking on “Resend Code”

OTP Verification• On Clicking “Verify” a message

pops-up.

Booking Screen: Select Service• Now you’ll be redirected to

Home screen.

• On this screen you’ll be able to Select a service and book appointment.

• If you observe carefully, a small Wallet Icon with amount is visible on the right side of screen.

Booking Screen: Select Service• You can Book Salon/Spas,

Doctors or Diagnostic Centers through this App.

• Lets Book a Salon & Spas Service

• Click the Salons & Spas Tab

Screen After Clicking Salon Service• You’ll land on page where you

can enter a location and select a service of your choice.

• Lets search for Ziffi Lounge.

Listing Page for Hair Spa Service• On searching Ziffi Lounge, the

spa appears in the search results.

Click “Book Now”.

Select Service• You land on profile page of

Spa/Salon selected, here we have considered Ziffi Lounge.

• Select service of your choice, the total price gets displayed as per the service selected.

• Click on “Pick A Time”

• You’ll land on Time & Date selection page.

Select Time & Date• Select the Date & Time slot of

your choice.

• Click on “Schedule My Booking”

Booking SummaryHere you’ll get details about the booking you made.

The Summary Includes

• Scheduled Booking Date• Scheduled Time• Salon Name• Services Selected• Total Cost• Amount Paid from Wallet• Balance to be Paid

Awaiting ConfirmationThis screen shows the details about the bookings.

• A message displayed as “Appointment will be confirmed shortly”

My Bookings ScreenMy bookings is a kind of record maintenance interface.

What you’ll find here?

• All Bookings you made.

• If booking is confirmed, you can see the PayCode against the booked Salon/Spa.

• If booking is not confirmed, the PayCode status will be awaiting.

My Bookings Screen

• If we don’t have tie-up with the Salon, the “PayCode” status will be N.A.

• NOTE: To avail the service, its mandatory for the App user to show the PayCode to the Salon/Spa manager.

Ziffi WalletAn useful feature implemented by Ziffi in the App is the Wallet.

What you’ll find in your Wallet?

• Currently Available Balance• Option for recharging your

wallet.• Option for using the promo

code.

Share Referral CodeDo you want to earn extra money in your wallet?, then this screen is your earning window.

What you’ll find here?

• Referral code for sharing.• Multiple options for sharing

referral code with your friends.• You can share the code

through Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Bluetooth, Google Hangouts or Google Plus.

View EarningsThis screen shows how the money gets credited to your account.
