The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus made its annual visit to the American Airlines Center in Dallas from August 1-12. The Woodall Foundation along with our friends and supporters were able to provide over 150 tickets to Bryan’s House, the Cancer Support Community and the Autism Treatment Center, so that some deserving children and their families could attend together. A special thanks goes to Levy Restaurants for
providing the box lunches distributed to the kids. If you missed your chance to sponsor a child’s trip to the circus, it’s never to late to donate for next year. Please visit www.woodallfoundation.com and follow the “Donate Now!” link.

Woodall Foundation Honored at Newest Bryan’s House Bryan’s House has come a long way from its humble beginnings in 1988 to the opening of its newest facility in March of this year. Now that the members and staff at Bryan’s house have gotten used to their new building it was time for the fr iends and supporters to tour the facility. On September 18th the staff a n d b o a r d
members of Bryan’s House invited all those, who helped make the transition to the new facility possible, for a special dedication ceremony. No such celebration would be complete without including Martin and the Woodall Foundation for all the assistance given to Bryan’s House for the past 12 years. A special award was given honoring the Woodall Foundation, and Martin addressed those in attendance. He spoke of his long history with Bryan’s House and pledged his continued support while challenging others to do the same.

Cooking Up Some Fun With The Woodall Foundation The Woodall Foundation recently stepped into the kitchen with a couple of its beneficiaries. The Autism Treatment Center maintains the Tiger Café at its facility in Dallas. It serves as group therapy exercise as well as a training tool for its members. Most of the vegetables and herbs used at the Tiger Café are grown in the garden on the ATC property. On the day of our visit, Aaron Valimont and Amanda Leese from The Capital Grille were volunteering and “helping build a brighter future for kids” while the café workers prepared eggplant parmesan for their guests. The following week the Woodall Foundation sponsored “cooking day” during “Camp Noggie” at the Cancer Support Community. A special thanks goes to Phil Schanbaum and Brandon Hayes from Sfuzzi Uptown for donating all the ingredients so that each camper could make their own pizza. Martin and Adam were on hand to assist the chefs with the preparations and then sat down for a pizza party with the kids.
