What is a metre?The Dragonflies find some things that are
longer than a metre,
shorter than a metre,
or about a metre,
The wall is longer than a metre. But 12 and ½ bricks are the same as
1m!
Two small windows are
1m long!
The door is taller than a metre.
The seat is longer than a metre.
The fire hydrant is longer than a metre.
We thought it was going to be shorter!
The bin is just shorter than a metre. But the wheels are definitely
less than a metre.
