Go to.webex.com

Go to “Host Log-in”

Use your Username and Password.

Note the “Meeting Center” tab and “My WebEx” tab, also “New User Reference”

SET-UP AN AUDIO ONLYCONFERENCE CALL

Go to “Schedule a Meeting”

Enter meeting topics, meeting password

Enter Meeting date, time, and duration

Select your settings.

Select or paste attendees.

Personal Contacts are managed under “MyWebEx” > “My Contacts”

SET-UP A CONFERENCE CALL WITH WEB / VIDEO INTERFACE

Enter Meeting type, meeting topic, meeting password and confirm password.

Click Require attendee registration

Go to “My WebEx” tab.

Select “My Contacts” to manage contacts.

Importing contacts makes scheduling a conference faster.
