Buyer shall pay all costs associated with the consummation of the purchase of the buy down parcel.

These costs will include the following:

Title/buy-down investigation fee of $150.00 (only if required) All expenses associated with the survey and monumentation of property corners. (Century Engineering) The Department of General Services processing and administrative fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00). All expenses for examination of title, the premium for any title insurance which the Buyer chooses to acquire, and all settlement

fees charged by the title company Any and all state and/or county recordation and transfer taxes imposed upon the recordation of the Deed. Any realtor’s and/or broker’s fees incurred by the Buyer Any attorney fees incurred by the Buyer At the time the buy-down contract is executed and submitted to the State by the Buyer, a non-refundable deposit of three hundred

dollars ($300.00) shall be due and payable to the State of Maryland Buyer understands that the cost for the Buy Down parcel will be .39 cents per square foot
