User Manual for Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran

Step 1: Enter this URL: mjp.mahaonline.gov.in

Step 2: Enter Login Credentials (User ID, Password)

For First Time User – (Follow below steps for registration)

A. click the link “Create User Profile”

B. Please fill below mention information to create User Name and Password.

Enter Your 10 digit Mobile Number to get OTP on applicant mobile for verification, Enter 6 digit number in respective place i.e.

Enter your One Time Password (OTP) received on your Mobile by SMS

Enter full name, Gender.

Enter applicant User Name for MJP application.

Create New Password & Confirm Password. - Ex. like Pass@123 OR Password#123 Or Mjp@1234.

Step 3: After login with User Name & Password, on left side user can see MJP department Service like Application for Water

Connection (नलजोडणी कररता अजज) and Grievance Regarding Water Bill (ऩाणी बिऱा संिंधी तक्रार नोंदणी अजज).

Application Steps for Water Connection (नलजोडणी कररता अजज)

Application for Water Connection/नलजोडणी कररता अजज.

Step 1: Click on Application for Water Connection (नलजोडणी कररता अजज). User can see online Form.

Step 2: I. Select TYPE OF APPLICANT/अजजदाराचा प्रकार, it consists of two options i.e. Individual/ळैयक्ततक & other/इतर .

II. Select WATER WORKS NAME/जऱव्यळस्थाऩन वळभाग, from drop down box.

III. Add NAME OF APPLICANT/अजजदाराचे नाळ and ADDRESS OF PROPERTY/माऱमत्तेचा ऩत्ता

Step 2: IV. Add Contact details like Mobile Number and eMail ID so user will get application form intimations, add

NEIGHBOUR/NEAREST WATER CONNECTION NO./ ऴेजारीऱ/नजीकच्या घराचा नल जोडणी क्रमांक, PLUMBER DETAILS/ नल कारागीर तऩऴीऱ and TYPE OF CONNECTION / नल जोडणीचा प्रकार

Note: please fill all mandatory fields from application forms and click on Save Details tab. (Application ID will generate after click of

save details)

Step 3: After fill application form user can Upload Document for generated application ID.

Step 4: Click of Upload Document can show types and name of documents which is need to Upload save to continue.

Step 5: Document upload successfully message will showing Make Payment option through Online which will give you the transaction successful receipt after payment done.

Application Steps for Grievance Regarding Water Bill (ऩाणी बिऱा सिंधंी तक्रार नोंदणी अजज)

Application for Grievance Regarding Water Bill/ऩाणी बिऱा संिंधी तक्रार नोंदणी अजज

Step 1: Click on Grievance Regarding Water Bill/ऩाणी बिऱा संिंधी तक्रार नोंदणी अजज. User can see online Form.

Step 2: I. Select WATER WORKS NAME/जऱव्यळस्थाऩन वळभाग (पाणी पुरवठा कें द्राचे नाव), from drop down box.

II. Select COMPLAINT TYPE / तक्राराचा प्रकार from Drop down.

III. Add NAME OF APPLICANT/अजजदाराचे नाळ and ADDRESS OF PROPERTY/माऱमत्तेचा ऩत्ता

Step 2: IV. Add Contact details like Mobile Number and eMail ID so user will get application form intimations, Add PRESENT

ADDRESS/ सध्याचा ऩत्ता and other information.

Note: please fill all mandatory fields from application forms and click on Submit tab. (Application ID will generate after click of Submit)

Step 3: After fill application form user can Upload Document for generated application ID.

Step 4: Click of Upload Document can show types and name of documents which is need to Upload save to continue.

Step 5: Document upload successfully message will showing Make Payment option through Online which will give you the transaction successful receipt after payment done.
