Same goes for your team members. Where do they shine?

Are you losing money by having them do the “wrong” things?

Consider making everyone an expert at something. Empowers and improves customer service!

Put It On Your Calendar

Regular assessment (especially in changing teams) is important.

TALK to your staff. What do they really enjoy? Where do they feel like they are struggling?

Is it a strength/weakness or just a need to do additional training.
