ULMAs philosophy departs from the idea of team work, because it is the promotion of staff coaching that encourages the personal and professional development of workers.
This is how we contribute to the progress of the enterprise and improve internal knowledge management. We devote significant resources to the training of different areas of the company, which translates into a high specialisation of our teams.
This occurs inside but also outside of ULMA for the benefit of other companies and groups, because the knowledge acquired in the application of our own particular technologies in projects is passed on to others in courses and seminars hold by ULMA.
Safety is one of ULMAs main foundations. Construction work is inherently dangerous and, as part of our commitment, we design systems which ensure workers safety in the handling of our products and their erection on the building site.
Our every day ambition is to ensure full personal and collective protection of the worker and third parties. The extensive use of safety measures both at the planning stage and during work is given as advice to all customers.
All our systems are equipped with safety features for both assembly and use on the building site. We study, design and develop all formwork, scaffolding and shoring systems as well as any other products of our range with respect to two fundamental criteria:
Costs and performance.
Highest safety standards.
STAFF TRAINING
SAFETY RELIABILITY
SAFETY IN CONSTRUCTION WORK ENSURES THE HEALTH AND PHYSICAL INTEGRITY OF ALL.
FROM THE BEGINNING OF YOUR PROJECTS
This is how we are in ULMA. Professionals and people. A group of companies that wants to participate, in front line, in the transformation the world is experiencing today.
We want to contribute to this change by offering solutions and knowledge with our products and by providing state-of-the-art technology. And we want to do it in a manner which is sustainable and respectful.
With the environment and with the people. Because only if we join a vision of the future to responsibility, we will succeed.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We get involved right from the beginning. We sit down with you and seek the best solution for your project. The goal is clear: to offer, at the lowest cost, the maximum product performance for your project. In short, optimise your results.
We have the most qualified team and the best software for engineering solutions to the most complex projects. On the basis of a specific and profound technical study, we obtain the best combination of suitable products to optimise performance and efficiency.
Our technical department studies the specific requirements of the project, materials and their rotation, according to the time of each construction stage. We design an optimal solution and limit your costs to a minimum.
ULMAs Technical Department is capable of offering a solution to any issues regarding the project, be it for vertical or horizontal structures. In short, by simply entering the desired geometry of the structure, we get the best solution for each case.
The technical team gets the best planning, saving time and labour. The studies give the team of engineers an accurate view of the entire project.
Together with the customer, we analyse and define the most appropriate material supply sequence and on-site assistance for optimal project execution at all stages.
Grafsystem, a software developed by ULMA, offers all possible solutions for projects in the application of all products of our range. Fast and easy to use, this system produces assembly drawings, calculates an optimised budget and determines the required material for each stage.
Even the most complex projects have a simple start, the moment when the ideas come up in your mind. In ULMA, we work with our customers right from the start, so the project solution is jointly managed and evolved during its implementation.
It is the idea expressed by those pencil strokes that we draw on a piece of paper, which outlines the solution, that solution that simplifies all problems.

In addition to defining and developing the project with the customer, we give on-site advice and assistance. We organise the layout and assembly of all products to ensure the reliability and effectiveness with which they have been designed. We also provide the necessary documentation for application and assembly of all products. Involvement is our great added value.
It is a key element of our service. In each project, the proximity of ULMA professional staff ensures the application of all the know-how generated by our teams. From technical advice over assembly supervision to the job completion, the monitoring of works is absolute.
ULMA products work well at all times. Because, in addition to being strong and durable, all rental materials undergo continuous servicing and repair in our maintenance centres. This way, we offer to all our customers best material performance.
ON-SITE ASSISTANCE
We are right there, on-siteAlways ready
04 06
We have big strategic centres all over the world. One of them is the Toledo Logistics Centre (220,000 m2) in Spain, starting point for all major deliveries. Equipped with large operation facilities, its advanced means and IT system ensure best management and control of the service given to each job.
The products are arranged as palletised modules and in boxes. This eases storage, loading, transport and shipping. This task is carried out by the big logistic centres or from the local warehouses of the country where ULMA is present. From the latter, we supply all immediate material requirements of the projects of our customers, be it for rental or sales.
The analysis and evaluation of the entire process enables us to grow and apply the learnt in future projects. We always want to provide service at its best.
So we seek continuous improvement of our equipment and processes. We are totally committed to provide you with the best solution for your project from the beginning on.
By having a great goal: the design of solutions in response to the new demands of our customers and of society in general, worldwide.

Timber Beam Wall Formwork
Versatile and flexible for any geometry.
Optimised formwork with regard to defined concrete pressure.
Excellent concrete finishing. Easy arrangement to obtain the wall pattern defined by the architect.
Easily replaceable plywood in case of damage.
Great efficiency and excellent concrete finishing for any vertical structure in building construction and civil works: walls, piers, abutments, columns, etc.
Requires pre-assembly of panels (steel walers and timber beams which hold the plywood). The panels are made to measure depending on requirements.
BENEFITS
Minimum number of fillers between panels.
Easy jointing of walers and timber beams.
Guaranteed safety. Easy-to-assemble safety items.
Simple and tight panel joints with Panel Connectors.
Exerts a correcting function by absorbing possible deviations during assembly.
Less panel edge damage due to the design of the Panel Connector and Pin (its conical part brings the panels closer together and its cylindrical part fixes their position).
ENKOFORM VMK. Timber beam wall formwork based on MK system. The difference is the use of MK walers in the latter.
Common standard accessories shared with other ULMA formwork systems: push-pull props, climbing brackets, anchors, etc.
Lower transport volume when moving the items in dismantled state.
